    Wheel your luggage from the train directly to the hotel and Cannes at your front door. Excellent location. The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable with exceptional thought having been given to eco friendliness.     Small but very clean rooms in a minimalist style. There is no wardrobe, only hangers and shelves. The bathroom is essentially part of the room, sufficient for one person. Comfortable beds and nice linen bedding. The breakfast is tasty - nothing extravagant, but everyone can easily find something they like. The hotel’s biggest advantage is definitely its excellent location. If you’re not looking for luxury but for solid conditions, this is the hotel for you.     Hmmmm - good and bad

    Positives - clean rooms, friendly staff, free snacks/coffees/water, terraced area, central & near to the train station.Negatives - staff don't trust that you will pay your bar bill (even though they take your card details). Phoned me at just after 10pm saying what I owed and it needed to be paid (I was in bed). Constantly asking if you are eating breakfast at 20 euro per day when free coffee is included.Check out 2pm on a weekend but couldn't get into the room after having a stroll without going back to reception to get our key card scanned again.Our Taxi for a pre-booked trip was given the wrong time.Rooms very small and Aircon is rubbish.I didn't like that they didn't trust us.Would I stay again? No.....but it could be a great hotel.
