This hotel is centrally located in the town, just some 3 minutes' walk from the famous beaches of La Croisette, the Congress Palace and the Rue d'Antibes shopping street. Links to the public transport network are about 50 m away and it is some 30 km to Nice airport.

Facility

26 rooms and 6 suites are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

    I stayed for the 1st time in a 4 star hotel due to lack of availability in a 5 star. Definitely not a 4 star hotel according to the law. They don't have sufficient staff ( 5-6) people per shift only. Don't have accessibility for people with kinetic problems. Don't have proper dining room. Its a small room around 20m² when for the 31 rooms should have minimum around 80m². They don't have staff to help you with your luggage. You have to do it yourself. The elevator cabin hardly fits 2 airplane cabin bags and 1 squized person. Fire regulations are not fulfilled (I know the regulations from my profession). Paper thin walls. You can hear everything from the other room. Finally all day you feel and hear the train passing under every couple of minutes. If you want a real 4 star hotel try another one. Unfortunately Splendid (4* also) was full. For hostel or 2 star is acceptable.

    We had a lovely stay at Hotel Renoir during the Cannes Film Festival 2025. The location of the hotel is unmatched and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The suite itself was nice and clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the street. We found the minibar offerings quite expensive so didn't use those. The additional small room with coffee facilities felt a little disjointed to the bedroom so we didn't use it, but the bathroom was spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel for visitors wanting to be close to the heart of the festival!Thank you!     Hotel Renoir is perfectly positioned to explore Cannes. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast was lovely and even gluten free baguettes, such a treat. Tea and coffee making faculty in the room was the only missing. All staff were friendly and helpful.

    We arrived early and unfortunately could not check in, which was understandable. However, there was no lounge or bar area to wait, so we were forced to leave the hotel to find an alternative place. Once we could check in we went to our room which was the one bed suite with city view. The suite was ok, but didn't seem to live up to the pictures. The bedroom had been decked out in balloons and a birthday banner for my partner. But having paid over €450 for one night, I felt a bottle or chocs could easily been laid on.When we decided to have a hot drink in the room, we found that there were only small paper cups for espresso, no teas and no milk. As such, I went down to reception to ask for some tea and milk an was shocked and surprised to be informed that the hotel does not supply either, but I could purchase them if I wanted. I felt this was so petty and not what one would expect from a 4 star hotel. As such, I had to go out and search for a store to buy some milk. The aircon, despite putting all the settings on low, would not operate, and when informing the front desk next day, was advised that perhaps I should have left the settings higher!. On checking out next morning, a call was made to the front desk advising that the bunting was missing. We had presumed that it was ok. But know, the £2 bunting was not to be taken as the hotel reuses itOn the positive, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bath and shower were adequate.
