  Good position, very expensive parking( 10 euro/day), very loud, poor furniture, just good location nothing else.

  Cleanliness should be the first priority of any hotel. I found hairs and dirty water streaks on the bath, and that ruined the whole experience, as I find a dirty shower unacceptable. To add to the offence, the checkout instructions clearly stated any used diches or kitchen elements should be cleaned before leaving, or an extra fee would be charged. I found that a bit ironic given the circumstances. It is sad to have to point this out, as the rest of the experience was great: The room was spacious and had extra blankets for cold nights. The lady at reception was very kind and accommodating, and the parking for 10 extra € when the hotel is so close to La Cite is a great addition.The only other thing I would like to add is that it would be helpful to know that the parking keys will be waiting for you with the rest of the keys in the safe box when you are self checking-in late at night, as for a moment we were anxious thinking we wouldn't have parking access.Hope this helps. I would have loved to rate the hotel with five stars, but it has to stay at three this time for the reasons previously stated. Thanks!

  Near from Cité, clean and quiet, convenient for tourism and seminars or other events. The small kitchen could be better but it's enough for short stay.

  Great value, spacious rooms. A bit tired but fine for a short visit. Easy to check in out of hours which was very helpful.

  A good choice for accommodation, a 4-minute walk from "la cité". A large and spacious apartment with a very comfortable double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living-dining room. The kitchen is well-equipped (except for cleaning supplies, which you can buy at reception).The toilet is in a separate space, which is always useful, and the bathroom has a bathtub and curtain (the bathtub seals could be improved).Upon arrival, we were able to communicate with the receptionist in Spanish.Parking is usually available nearby (except on weekends), and you can park for 10 euros in a space in the accommodation's parking lot.A glass window in the refrigerator was accidentally broken. We reported this when we left and offered to pay for it, but were told it wasn't necessary.
