  Conveniently located for Thermal Water Treatment in Vichy

  My wife and me were staying at Celestine SPA Hotel in Vichy for the second time. This time we booked initially 10 days, but later have extended our stay for another few days.We were feeling like home at this place, hotel staff was waiting for us and everything met our expectations. We use to stay in Celestine SPA hotel for thermal water treatment. The hotel staff in advance kindly booked us an appointment with thermal doctor to get a thermal water advise and prescription as well as issued water source access cards.   Great stay at the Célestins!

  We had an awesome stay at the Célestins. The place is super chill and relaxing, but what really made the difference was Francesco, super friendly, helpful, and always on point.   Probably the worst thermal spa hotel in Europe. A complete waste of time and money. Sincerely strong recommendation to avoid this hotel and especially the spa, which is unbelievably unsatisfactory and below the standards elsewhere in Europe.   A Pleasant Surprise in Vichy

  We travelled to Vichy for a triathlon race and this hotel made our stay memorable! We arrived without high expectations and were very pleasantly surprised.Room & CleanlinessAlthough the hotel is somewhat dated, it is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Our room and bathroom were both spacious and we especially enjoyed the large terrace.Staff & ServiceThe staff were consistently pleasant and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable.LocationThe location is perfect — in a park by the river and only a short walk to the town centre and the train station.Food & DiningBreakfast was limited in variety but very tasty and of good quality (the crepes were a highlight). We did dine once at the hotel restaurant for dinner and while the food itself was good, the portions were small (which we didn't mind) and the prices extremely high. This was the only real disappointment of our stay, but thankfully there are plenty of great dining options nearby.FacilitiesWe also made use of the rooftop pool, which was very pleasant and quiet — a great place to relax before or after the race :) SummaryOverall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again if we return to Vichy.
