  Convenient location above the old town, with secure parking and an indoor swimming pool. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Good breakfast (with nice city views) and wifi.

  Nice size clean and quiet room with a view on the sea (far away). Nice and helpful staff. Large inside parking. Quick elevator going to the garage as well. Comfortable bed. Microwave (but no dish) and fridge and coffee maker in the room. 2 luggage racks (which is rare).No supper served at the hotel but room delivery from various restaurants nearby available. Hotel location fairly high on the hill; need to be in “good shape” to walk to and from the hotel

  Nice hotel. Needs a good maintenance team

  We stayed in three different hotels in Corsica that were of a similar standard. This one should have been the best but it wasn't.The hotel is modern and spacious with an excellent indoor poor and a good view towards the ocean from the second floor breakfast room. It is away from the centre and anywhere is a long walk down and uphill. Don't bother with a sea view as what you get is a view towards the sea but you are so far away it's not worth the extra cost. There are no outdoor or veranda areas.Our room was comfortable and with separate toilet and shower/wash room. It also had a small kitchen area with a microwave and fridge, so well equipped.We pre-booked several weeks in advance for two nights. When we entered the room we noticed a table in the middle in a strange place. It was covering a nasty coffee stain on the carpet that the hotel knew about but only chose to tell us when we asked. They said that the hotel was busy and they needed a day to clean the carpet and let it dry....but that didn't stop them giving the room to us!Despite the kitchen area, no 'welcome' bottled water was provided and neither was there a single item of cutlery such as a spoon to deal with drinks. And then there was the smell that seemed to us to be as a result of someone before us who had been smoking in the room......in 2025!! My wife found it uncomfortable to sleep in the room with its musty smell and although it did get better during our stay this was because we tried to keep the room well ventilated.The closer you looked around, the more you could see things that needed to be sorted out. In the toilet the fixing for the toilet paper was hanging off the wall. In the shower room both sliding doors were not fixed at the bottom and you could see that a roller wheel was missing. The handle to the shower room was loose.I realise that we may have just been unlucky to be given a poor quality room with items that needed attention. The disappointment is that this hotel took our money and were happy to let us use a room that should have been closed off and fixed, including the carpet. It is not good enough to be told that the hotel was 'full' and there was nothing they could do. I just don't believe that.Yes, the breakfast was good. Yes, we enjoyed the pool. Yes, the staff were friendly. But sadly tourists have no choice. Lucky for us we had already stayed at an excellent smaller hotel in town earlier during our visit and if we return to Bastia that is where we will book.

  Worst night of my life - phone required

  If you arrive after midnight and you don’t have phone charge, you will not get in. I was a guest who had checked in - went out for dinner and my phone died. Came back, card didnt work and the ‘24h security’ would not pick up. Had to sleep OUTSIDE!! Great room when I got in it but shocking experience and not as advertised.

  We loved our 2 nights here. The room was perfect, there was a pool. The location was great, you could park easily and there were many restaurants at walking distance. The staff were very friendly and they had a great breakfast with an amazing view, a great variety, including lactose free options.
