    An excellent tour of the Prunelli Gorges of Corsica. Not the place to drive if you are nervous! Narrow roads with numerous blind bends.Beautiful scenery and plenty of stops to get photos.

    Extremely bad experience, no service. It's not worth 4 stars. A vacation completely ruined by a rotten hotel.Some employees are contemptuous. The cafeteria food is disgusting (microwaved meals) and still takes an hour to prepare?! And when you explain how bad it is, the employee laughs in your face...The rooms aren't available before 4 PM, you have to wait... It's very noisy, all day long and even during the night.Check-out is at 11 AM (5 hours to clean a room?!) but you're FORBIDDEN from eating in common areas. You have to eat in your room (which has already been vacated). Or at the cafeteria (see above).Breakfast is basic (no ordering possible, always the same food, coffees at the machine only, only two machine for fruit juices, mini-pastries are frozen...) Very far from my experiences at other Best Western Plus hotels.Room cleaning is half-baked (when it's done at all). Ants in the room, even in the bathroom... And no security: the balcony door doesn't lock (very dangerous with children), anyone can go up in the elevator (no key card needed). We had to ask to replace the shower soaps (dispenser, not even a real soap bar) and to bring us q tips (the front desk employee told us to come down and get them at reception. In a towel, perhaps?).No water bottles in the room. No snacks either... No room service either.No shutters in the rooms, only curtains that close halfway.A family with two young children: no help whatsoever. A German couple with a Louis Vuitton bag? They roll out the red carpet with a bellhop taking their suitcases. We had a suite, we paid €2000 for 5 nights; this is the last time I'll use a Best Western "Plus"...As for the location, it's in the middle of an industrial area. It's extremely dangerous to walk to the nearby Spar. The shuttle has fixed hours and doesn't run on Sundays, so it's recommended to take a taxi or rent a car.     disappointment for what could have been a very nice stay if the website was providing honest information

    We specifically booked a suite that was supposed to offer an outstanding open view over the Ajaccio bay and were deeply disappointed to end up in room 1101 (not on the 11th floor, but, mind you, in French, sur le 1er etage) directly on the flat roof of the restaurant with a far lesser partial view. The gap between what is advertised on the website and the reality (I took photos to document it) is so wide that I am wondering if it might border on fraudulent. I am still in Europe for a few more weeks but upon returning home to the US I will consider getting in touch with the Maryland OCP (Office of Consumer Protection) to get their views on this matter.     Excellent hotel! Front desk staff, Emrico, was very helpful. Our room was impressive, clean, and very comfortable. Nice view from the balcony in the spacious suite. It's a long walk to the city centre but doable. Easy ride to the airport too.     Reliable stay and accessible for people with mobility issues

    I’m not usually a fan of chain hotels but this was one was welcome after using some more complex hotels elsewhere in Corsica and Sardinia. There are no steps or changing levels, the lift works well and the stairs have handrails. The room was a comfortable size with a good bathroom and a workbench wide enough for two laptops. There were plenty of power outlets and a fridge and a safe. I had no problems with the wi-fi. The breakfast was well provided with choice. My wife and I ate dinner in the dining room but were disappointed. Very pricey for what you get. The hotel staff were helpful. The hotel is somewhat out of town – probably too far for some folk to walk. I would recommend it for people with mobility issues though I personally do not use a wheelchair, only a walking stick.
