    We stayed here 1 night in our transfer from Bastia to Ile Rousse. Clean room, we enjoyed the dinner with menu du jour at 25 euros including varied cold buffet, fish/meat and dessert/cheese. Otherwise, good choice à la carte. Nice garden and swimming pool. Price to quality correct.

    We were so lucky to find this hotel and we stayed there for 7 nights. The rooms are quite nice and spacious, bathrooms with everything you need and very comfortable beds. The room has air-condition which makes no noise at all.. Outside we had a lovely partly covered terrace with sun loungers and garden chairs. There is a very nice tennis court, which we did not use, (too hot to play) and a superb large swimming pool with lots of sun loungers. The hotel is about 20 minutes way from Bastia and very conveniently located if you want to discover Corsica. The airport is also not far away, but there is absolutely no noise from airplanes flying over. The only noise you hear during the day is a little train passing, but around 8:30 this also stops.A special compliment to the staf and personnel: they were so kind and helpful, we really felt at home. We arrived by ferry early in the morning and they told us that our room was already ready for us and even offered us to have breakfast . Same happened on our last day. Checkout time is normally 12:00 o'clock which we did, but they knew that our ferry was only leaving at 20:00 hrs, so they offered us to stay in one of their rooms instead of driving around without a purpose. The restaurant is good, very nice wines and prices are correct.In short we definitely recommend this hotel for families, but also for business purposes and if we ever return to Corsica we book again with Chez Walter.

    Great location for lovely holiday in Corsica

    Great value for money. This hotel has a very helpful staff, great beds and lovely swimming pool. But most importantly it is close to a lot of great places for hiking, beaches and all kind of other activities ( go to Vescovato for dinner, go to Mariana place for beaches, to Bastia a nice city and for one of many lovely hiking possibilities, go to the coastwalk of the desert des Agreates)

    I stayed here for a night so my review can not be 100% accurate since, but what i can say for sure is that it is an old but clean hotel, the rooms though seemed to be little tiny, the WiFi was good, the breakfast was little above average but the guys that works there are amazing and very helpful. It has a pool that I didnt had the time to use or even see, a nice parking spot. I guess for business purposes or even a short stay is a good option.

    We needed a place for one night only, due to change of plans when flying back from our holiday at Moriani Plage. We chose this hotel because it proximity from the airport, the pool and the fact it had an inhouse restaurants with good reviews.It’s a lovely, yet big-ish hotel, comparatively, and it’s run perfectly well. We had very little difficulties with our broken French, but we’ve managed, and all was well.Kids loved the pool, we loved our large room and the restaurant. The dinner was very good; however, we didn’t take breakfast here, cos it was not included in the price and we didn’t want to pay £9.00 per person (four of us and kids only eat cornflakes). It is a 3-star hotel but can be 4 with a push! We recommend this hotel and yes, will stay here again if ever in those parts of the world.Enjoy.
