Location

This hotel is situated around a pool in a palm grove just minutes from Porto Vecchio (which is approximately 1 km away) and the beautiful beaches of the south island. Its central location makes this hotel ideal for business and leisure trips. Bonifacio is 25 km away and the international airport is 20 km from the property.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 45 single rooms and 45 double rooms located in a 2-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.     Lovely 3 star, but not in town centre

    If you don’t mind being a little bit away from the centre of town, this hotel is a good option. It appears to be newly renovated and is bright and clean throughout. The young lady at the Reception desk was charming and helpful. We had a very pleasant room with our own terrace. It was quite spacious, comfortably furnished and equipped with a safe, a fridge and tea making facilities. The bed was comfortable and the sheets crisp and fresh. The bathroom was well designed, spacious and very clean.Despite the large number of guests staying, the room was very quiet.Breakfast was the usual continental fare, but adequate. The coffee was good.Wifi was a little erratic, but mostly was fast and worked well.We did not eat our evening meal here, preferring to drive five minutes (20 minute walk) into town to dine at one of the many restaurants.Overall, excellent value for money.

    We stayed for one night only, the room was very spacious, very nicely laid out, and we had a great night there. We also had dinner from the suggestion of the day, and pasta with pesto, both were really good, and the service was brilliant. Breakfast was included in the price, and we had fun playing billiards! There's a swimming pool too but did not try it.

    Great spot,personal! The pool is quite nice and the rooms are stunning. Few negative points: the water in the shower is cold and the parking is small so we had to get parked outside on the main road ..The breakfast is various and good tasting!!

    Nice 3-star hotel in the middle of nowhere with average food

    We heard others complain that the rooms were very small, but ours happened to be big with a big terrace which was nice - even though the bathtub was made of plastic (!). The receptionist spoke German which was very unexpected and very helpful. But the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, the street it's on offers nothing, you have to walk 20 minutes uphill to get to the cute little town and almost as far to get to the sea. Another drawback was the cheese in the restaurant. It may seem like a detail, but living in a German-speaking country, Emmentaler is not exactly the cheese you're dreaming of when you're visiting France which is so famous for it's various cheeses like Brie, Camembert, Aubrey etc... That was disappointing! The food in the evening was unfortunately also only average - I would definitely walk the 20 minutes uphill to eat in one of the restaurants in the town.

    I travel a lot, with and without kids. This is my first bad review next to many good ones.we stayed in this hotel from August 18 to 22.We booked a family room with 2 kids of 5 and 8, but they should have told us they don't like children at all. The lady at the reception looks and speaks at you as if you are in a 5+ star hotel and you are some nobody walking in.(Bad comparison, in a 5 star hotel they do know how to behave)Of course they do accept your 1000€ for a 4 night stay, but as soon as they see kids, you're done.The staff who works during breakfast and cleans the rooms is nice and friendly. The managent should take their example in real friendlyness.The rooms are average.Well decorated, clean, but with a very bad matras.Some more points:- A good breakfast with a bad coffee machine- a nice swimming pool with the people around it so close that they feel every drop (imagine... kids).In short: average hotel that doesn't like kids, reception staff with an attitude, bad matras, ...No thanks.Read my other reviews, I travel a lot, with and without kids. This is my first bad review.
