    PERFECT STAY IN CORSICA

    We stayed at A Casa Di Ma as part of an EU holiday visiting London and a number of areas in France and Spain. Corsica was definetely a highlight and our 5-night stay at A Casa Di Ma was the best accomodation over the entire period. Our room had everything we needed and the restaurant well deserved its Michelin rating. To top it off the Maitre De had worked in our native Sydney so chatting to him was a delight. In addition Caroline and Constance at the front desk were, without a doubt, two of the most professional, helpful staff that we have met throughout our travels. Great service. The hotel is a 15 minute drive from Calvi and other sites but we had a car and the drive was quite easy. Besides Lumio and Calvi we visited Bastia and Bonifacio - and Corsica is a destination we highly recommend.

    Service is great, friendly personnel, well located, amazing michelin restaurant. Hotel is high quality boutique. Options around for suoermarket, bakery, beaches but you must rent a car. Island not necessarily suitable for safe walking.

    We loved Casa di Ma! It was in a great location to explore the north/west of Corsica and the hike to Occi, an abandoned village, begins right behind the hotel. Staff were AMAZING and very friendly and we adored the pool with the 2 Orlinski gorillas. It was especially lovely at night all lit up. The restaurant was another incredible feature - the service made us feel so special and fancy and they accommodate vegetarian preferences. This was a fantastic place to stay.

    We stayed here for a couple of days during our tour of Corsica. Situated in the hill looking across the bay to Calvi, which is a 10 minute drive away. A well run establishment with a young professional, helpful and friendly team which is well guided. It was a pleasure to stay here.     We stayed 5 nights in hotel Chez Charles ! Best minimoon we could have dreamed of ! Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast view is amazing. Nice swimming pool and not too crowded. We had a lovely time and will come back if we can.
