    Don't be scared by the outside appearance - It's rather nice

    A den of peace easily accessible by car. Nice everything.It seems the French like to reserve sun loungers when they have left the pool area for hours.... Very frustrating... Management should stop this as space is limited.Food good, but over priced.

    Two weeks in a natural paradise. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, with daily towel changes available for the beach or swimming pool. We appreciated the private parking and the kindness of the staff. The hotel's location near Porto Vecchio center was excellent.

    Based on reviews we were expecting to stay at a romantic haven. Our experience was very different and disappointing. The hotel is located in the middle of an industrial park on a busy main road. If you have a car it is an ok location as with the car you can drive to local attractions / amenities. If you dont have a car the 45 min walk along the busy road to reach porto-vecchio is not so great. If you have an electric car, expect to be waiting for the 2 x electric chargers to become available when you need them. The chargers are public chargers, and therefore paid for at your own cost, unlike other hotels in the area who offer complimentary charging ports. Same goes for the sauna which was mostly always occupied and could fit 3 adults comfortably, and the gym, which is just big enough for 4 adults (meaning that all equipment is taken if 4 adults were working out at the same time and you are restricted to the machine you chose or had to chose as all the others were occupied). The rooms are just fine, standard rooms. Each room offers just 1 coffee capsule and 1 x 330cl bottle of water per guest for the entire stay. The EURO 200 per night doesn't quite stretch to offer a complimentary coffee capsule or water bottle each day or the luxury of a hair conditioner or a body lotion. Considering that the hotel identifies as a spa hotel this was quite a surprise to me. The breakfast is really good, though and the staff are very efficient, helpful and friendly - that is the only saving grace. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay again.

    Stayed for 4 nights in this amazing hotel and almost everything was perfect. The staff was really nice and deligent.We stayed in the comfort room which was huge and extremely comfortable! Extraordinary breakfast and dinner! Amazing wine selection!Only 2 things..wifi was bad and bedroom did not have bathtub only shower..     Very old below average hotel

    No way in my opinion this is a 4 star hotel. It's very average at best. 1. The building design is very aged and not thought through: the pool is in the middle with all the rooms facing it. Everyone can see everyone unless you keep your blinds shut all day. No privacy. No view of fantastic Corsican mountains or sea. You can really tell this hotel has never seen a designer! Plastic grass?! The style is like an old people's home.2. Very far from the seaside- you have to drive. 3. Very poor 60s/70s refurbishment of the rooms. To be fair they look like they haven't been refurbished since hotel opened. Old furniture, all rooms have this very stale awful damp smell, similar to old people's smell. Aircon didn't solve the smell problem. 4. All staff at the hotel are women ( bar one teenage boy at breakfast). Hence if you need help with carrying your luggage, etc- you have to do it yourself, unless you give it to the 20 y.o. girls working there!5. When asked at reception to be recommended some places of interest- they couldn't recommend anything except for 2 nearest beaches. 6. "spa" and "gym" are so tiny, it's ridiculous, they really are pushing the "AND SPA" bit in their name. 7. I wouldn't mind all of the above, if the rates per room were <£200. ( i.e.- no more than 50£) But at the asking price it was a rip-off!
