  Firstly let me start by saying this place is wonderful for kids. The pool and splash pad area alone are like a mini Disney, plus a cute outdoors park - add in a great and friendly animation team and fab events every evening for adults and kids it really is clear to see where they spend the money and invest. The restaurant food though a little repetitive is also delish and high quality and the Rosé 🤩- again with lovely staff. The rooms aircon is great and our room was always cleaned daily!The view…… you can’t get better….. incredible of the ocean, the beach, the sunsets, set amongst a beautiful green landscaped area and gorgeous trees and right on the beach!There are however some clear things that need looking into and I have seen similar comments/ reviews and they are true! Given the cost of this holiday it definetly didn’t live up to the price tag- we paid all inclusive and it was expensive like a Club Med luxury holiday. Rooms (probably the biggest disappointment) basic, and in desperate need of a refurb- floor boards open and odd with gaps, no decoration in the rooms, single cheap brown curtain for the sliding doors. Plastic put-in shower unit with small areas of mould around the corners and cracks, and worn walls and marks all around the bathrooms. Our door didn’t lock properly to the toilet, balcony or terrace- wood very old, two plastic chairs not a nice place to sit, no space for a table- even though nice garden view. WiFi only works in reception,….. not for lack of trying and also if u are lucky enough to have a French contract…. Signal only possible outside not in roomsWe indeed heard the disco club down the road until 03:00 most nights- luckily our child can sleep through everything. Even though it says forbidden everyone leaves their towels and blocks the sun beds all day. We were unable to get sun beds probably 4/5 out of 10 days…. And had to walk around/wait a lot. Or sit on the floor. No real afternoon pool entertainment or music by the pool, bar was located seperately to pool so to get any refreshments you had to dry off and go to the bar. Get to the restaurant early…. It turns into chaos the later you go (though they never ran out of food). Paper cups to drink juice from in the morning. Goûter- average and usually from breakfast/or lunch. Cocktails/bar snacks below average.Honestly I think it’s just a case of investing in some other areas. It’s clear the entertainment is great, the staff are wonderful and this is meant for families and that’s where the investment seems to go. With a little TLC this could be amazing place but currently not worth the price tag. Comme indiqué sur tous nos supports de communication, le WiFi est disponible uniquement dans les espaces communs et non dans les chambres. Concernant les serviettes sur les transats, nous essayons de sensibiliser au maximum notre clientèle et de réguler l’accès, mais il est malheureusement difficile de tout contrôler parfaitement.Ces retours sont précieux et nous aident à identifier les axes d’amélioration pour orienter nos futurs investissements.   Hotel very comfortable and peaceful , the meals were very nice, food is good and the bedrooms are very spacious .I do recommend this hotel , not far from Ajaccio and also not far from the airport.A lots of thighs do do in the area.Beaches …………..   I went there for 2 weeks stay and i did appreciate it because i was successfully welcomed and everything i wanted was there for me. I now planning to go back there for my next hollidays with my family and reatives. They are to be congratulated for the good service theey propose to their customers.   resort hotel with many tour groups

  We had a nice room with 2 bedrooms in this hotel, with a small balcony opening to a green area. There are many, many tour groups coming and going all day long, so it is a very busy place. They have a buffet dinner that was included with the price, which was a nice surprise, and is clearly a great fit for the tour groups coming through. However, there is NOT an airport shuttle as described on line when we booked it, so expect to pay for a taxi if you don't rent a car or arrive on a tourbus. The beach has a steep drop-off and the water was not especially clean (bits of plant matter floating about) and the sound of jetskis was never far off. If you like a large hotel with lots of activity (and activities to sign up for), this place is for you. If you're looking for something quieter, more secluded, and less touristy, you should look elsewhere.
