  Very poor service

  Very, very poor service. As our ferry was cancelled and we were forced to leave one day earlier (after staying and paying for 2 weeks), we asked at the reception if we could have a refund for one night. She checked back with the management and told us on the next day that management approved and she only needs us to hand in the cancellation and our bank data per email.After doing so immediately, nothing happened. We asked again after 2 weeks and they told us the manager was on vacation for 3 more days and she needed to sign. So we waited 2 more weeks and asked. The manager was "still on vacation". We asked again after 2 months and they simply started ghosting us.If this is how you treat guests of several weeks then this is just poor. Mind you, 11 months have passed by and we never saw a refund. Then why did you approve in the first place?Sorry but never coming back as there is no integruity at this place. they "solve" problems by ignoring their guests.

  booking week 1: when I first arrive the staff was kind to me and after It became a real nightmare.I have to tell that they put me firstly in one room in the second floor without lift and with dirty carpet with hair everywhere, I am allergic to it so I asked to change room and they did without complaining, so I arrived in the second room and then it was the toilet that was not working so I had to change again room, they put me in one studio at the 3rd floor again without lift, the smell was like if it was close since a year and there was mosquitos everywhere on the bed so I just got tired and decided to leave the hotel, but I already had an other booking for the following week and I said to them that I would not cancel if they just give a room with everything that work inside and mostly clean. booking week 2:so after what happened the first time they let me the opportunity to choose between two rooms and I chose one, and again problems!!! the water was stuck in the shower, the water from the shower was slightly going out, anyway I did not complain because I got tired, then the next day they did not clean the room, they did not change the towels so I went to the reception to ask new towel and the girl changed behavior and was laughing on my face. The next day I went in the reception to pay for the two night i slept and the girl did not say hello to me and was very rude, I did not receive any apologize after everything happened and she even to treated me very badly and rudely saying that she did not mind as it was obvious I would not come back to the hotel again.I am from and living in corsica, I stayed in a lot of hotels and never had this kind of experience.I was just asking for a room clean with everything that work inside and a respectful staff, but apparently my requests were too much. moreover, the breakfast it is so poor, I went both morning early because I had to work in the morning and there was completely nothing, no croissant, no milk, nothing, I kindly asked them to have some milk and obviously again it was taken as abnormal request.the place it is completely the opposite of what they show in the pics included the rooms and outside areas. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS PLACE !

  Way too expensive, dirty, no toilet paper

  We stayed for five nights at a bungalow. For the quality of the room and facilities It is way too expensive. It is advertised as a four-star hotel/resort, this is definitely not true, except for the price. The bungalow we stayed in was not clean, the windows couldn’t be closed so we had to wait for someone from the staff to come and fix it. The toilet paper was not included!!!!! In a 4 star establishment !! There was also no cleaning service and the towels were not changed upon request. It was also really annoying that we were asked to pay at the reception upon arrival before we even had a chance to see the bungalow. The pool area was nice, however, there were not enough umbrellas for all the sun beds. The only plus I can give this hotel is the location with a direct road leading to the beach. En effet, s'agissant d'une résidence, le ménage est inclus à l'arrivée et au départ, le papier toilette (ainsi que d'autres fournitures) est fourni également à l'arrivée (et en dépannage bien sûr). nous sommes désolés si vous avez connu un problème de fermeture, mais apparemment nous sommes intervenus rapidement, ce qui est normal.   A relaxing visit

  We visited U Paesolu in July for a week. Our little villa was clean, tidy and importantly cool! The staff were friendly and it was nice to have our own little pool to cool down in. The beach is an easy walk and much much nicer than the main beach in the town. In fact we felt it was a nicer beach than some of the higher profile places in Corsica. The main pool has a great view and we ate at the restaurant once and that was nice also. It was a good base to visit other areas too. Because the villas are quite spaced out it was quiet and peaceful. Also we did not have any issue with mosquitoes and barely saw any.   Wonderful place perfectly located by the sea. Warm welcome. Great snacks and lunch by the pool. Accomodations and facilities well equiped. We loved it and miss the U Paesolu already !
