  Room cleaning simply horrible, would not stay again

  Location, easy to walk to main places of interest. Close to train station if you need that. Nothing else special, basic hotel with basic facilities. Discount for long term parking at stationDisliked · Cleanliness, we stayed in room 304 three nights 26th to 29th August 2025. Room cleaning terrible, first day dirty towels left on floor and we had to ask reception to send up clean ones. Second day, the room was NOT vacuumed and the floor dirty when we returned, we mentioned to recpetion but seemed no action.Breakfast - most hotels we stayed this tour had no tv or the news channel, this one had MTV music channel whish seemed to be only to entertain the staff who watched it non stopIf you drive to hotel you need to park in station which is not well signposted, would be helpful if hotel put GPS address for parking in the confirmation.WiFi intermittentOne the the less good Best Western we have stayed and not a good advert for the brand Juliane BW, Service clients/Réception at Best Western Dijon Centre Gare, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.   We booked this hotel mainly for its proximity to the station. We were able to wheel our suitcases from the station to this hotel across the street. (be careful for asking directions as there are two Kyriads and we were initially sent to the wrong one). For a no frills station hotel: The rooms were actually bigger than expected, and were clean and quiet, the breakfast was pretty good, the reception was initially a little spicy but then very helpful, with good recommendations. All in all an enjoyable stay. Dijon was lovely.

  We booked this hotel last minute and I’m glad we ignored the negative reviews. The receptionist Rose made all the difference to our positive experience.Firstly, it is not easy to see how to get into the indoor railway parking, however she really helped and we managed to park ok. They have a deal and you get 50% of. 13 euro for 2 nights parking. Rose gave me the option of 2 available rooms, this in my opinion is excellent CS. Our room,308, was very spacious and had big opening windows facing the train station. We were high enough not to be bothered by the noise. Nice room, basic but clean with a fridge. The safe was not working though, think it needs batteries. Rose gave his great information on the town and areas to visit. You can also use the spa in the sister hotel around the corner. It was a bit basic and not a spa you would hang around in. Functional rather than luxurious.The overall hotel is typical of a basic 3* but clean, spacious and good value for money

  Great Choice for Visiting Dijon and beyond

  Easy access to the train station and the historic center, reasonably priced parking (reserve in advance), a super spacious, comfortable, quiet and well-equipped room. Staff is helpful and friendly. Wifi works great.

  Smart hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms with super comfy bed and pillows. I always rate hotels on the quality of the shower - this was very good. 10 minutes walk from city centre and just across the road from the tram stop and Gare.
