Stayed at L'Oree du Parc in Divonne-les-Bains for three nights in March 2022, deciding to book one of their small apartments. This is larger than their standard Studio, having a separate bedroom and a lounge/dining room with a sofa which would convert into a single or double bed if necessary. For two people we had plenty of space. Cleanliness on arrival was excellent and the overall condition of the apartment was also very good with only a few small signs of wear-and-tear which were really unnoticeable. The kitchenette facilities were fine for preparing breakfast but we didn't use them for cooking any meals. I'm sure the hob and microwave would be adequate for preparing a small meal if you wanted to eat in. My only minor comment would be the curtains in the bedroom should be thicker than the net provided, since there aren't shutters. This meant the outside lights shone into the bedroom at night, but really I didn't lose any sleep due to this. We would certainly stay here again, as proven by the fact this was already our second visit.

Wow, what a horrible establishment.Where do I start:Staff: It looks like management only hired student interns as staff to save money. They were absolutely clueless to any demand made, albeit being simple demands like why the heating wouldn't work. (see below) Accommodation: If I had wanted to stay in a 1970s Soviet Union themed hotel I would have asked for it.Everything was so damp and old, I was expecting to find posters of Lenin under the bed.On another note, the heating and hot water were intermittent. Apparently, you had to reset the boiler in the room to get water... in 2019 (insert face-palm).Price: Now, let's speak money. On the plus side the place was quite affordable (the price of a 3 star hotel). What shocked me is that 3 days after checking out I got an email from management stating that I needed to pay 80 euros extra for cleaning because the room was "extra messy". This place is nothing more than a scam. Kind of sad as it is a great location - very close to Geneva.I hope this helps anyone passing through.

Nice, quiet location. Though there is no air conditioning, I stayed relatively cool during a recent heat wave. The front desk staff could not have been more friendly. While I was there the hotel replaced all the mattrasses. In one bedroom units, the WC is separate from the shower and sink, a plus if there are two of you. Nice fruited water in the afternoons.

Both of them the blonde girl in reception & the other friendly girl with glasses were prof. & friendly (l've problem with saving names!) they respect us as muslim & informed us about their breakfast hasn't Halal food and recommended us with proper Restaurants arounding. Thank you.
