A no-nonsense apartment style hotel. Located on harbour front in Dunkirk. No ambience or atmosphere, but clean and functional. Area surrounding it is dead at night. Unfortunately limited hotel parking, but street parking available.

Simple rooms in a quiet area

My visit didn't start well - I made the reservation In Booking about and hour before arrival and immediately got a confirmation by e-mail. However, the receptionist said she couldn't see my reservation and therefore couldn't give me the room. She suggested I do something else and try again later. I was tired and hungry, so I went to buy something to eat. Came back and still the reservation wasn't visible. Then the receptionist tried again with her colleagues, saw something but not the whole reservation. Very strange. Then they made a new reservation and I got the room, but it took a long time that I'd rather spend somewhere else.My room was very simple but fine for one night. Still a bit strange not to have any curtains but only outside blinds to keep light out in the night. My windows were towards the sea, so I got some air in when opened them. The room was cleaned well enough but there were some long-time issues like mold in the bathroom and some stains in the walls.The location was relatively quiet. In the evening, I heard noises from the corridor, but luckily the night was more quiet.I would have liked to used the washing machine downstairs, but it was occupied the whole evening.All in all, the hotel was OK but I found much better options for a lower price in other cities in France.

Location is perfect for the centre of Dunkerque, the studio apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. It was clean and well kept, it was quiet, there was a bar and breakfast was available although no actual restaurant but no a problem because there were plenty of restaurants available in walking distance

This place is an absolute rip off. The man at check in was rude and unhelpful. The room was more like a cell than a hotel. Mould in the ventilator filters, the shower was discussing and the shutters on the windows are loud and uninviting. The other room had people shouting and partying all night long. The smell of smoke and cannabis in the corridors was putrid and when I complained the hotel have done nothing - despite me having sent photos of the room. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY.

Complete rip-off, they overcharge your card and advertise with free breakfast but charge you anyway.

This is an absolute scam, they offer a special offer on their own website including breakfast and the charge you afterwards for it separately. Staff at reception is horrible, rude and not interested and lying about that overcharged fee is only a standard reservation and that the correct amount will be charged afterwards what ofcourse is not the case. It is a complete ripp-off and as a frequent traveller in many continents I have never experienced such horrible staff at reception. It is like they do not want to work there, not interested in providing any service and lying about the billed costs. Will not stay here ever again
