  Absolutely disgusting. Don't not waste your money

  This place is an absolute rip off. The man at check in was rude and unhelpful. The room was more like a cell than a hotel. Mould in the ventilator filters, the shower was discussing and the shutters on the windows are loud and uninviting. The other room had people shouting and partying all night long. The smell of smoke and cannabis in the corridors was putrid and when I complained the hotel have done nothing - despite me having sent photos of the room. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY.

  Complete rip-off, they overcharge your card and advertise with free breakfast but charge you anyway.

  This is an absolute scam, they offer a special offer on their own website including breakfast and the charge you afterwards for it separately. Staff at reception is horrible, rude and not interested and lying about that overcharged fee is only a standard reservation and that the correct amount will be charged afterwards what ofcourse is not the case. It is a complete ripp-off and as a frequent traveller in many continents I have never experienced such horrible staff at reception. It is like they do not want to work there, not interested in providing any service and lying about the billed costs. Will not stay here ever again

  Dirty hairy room, strange management

  I think some rooms seem to be a lot better than others judging by the reviews. We paid £100 and the room was awful- pubes in the bathroom, terrible smell. Told we couldn’t have a refund because we didn’t take pictures… however we went straight down to reception to tell them and ask for a refund because we didn’t want to stay there. Was told by reception we could have a full refund but had to do it through booking.com because they couldn’t do it their end. They then ignored booking.com for weeks. I got in touch again and they miraculously found a way to refund €30. Have however been accused of lying because we didn’t take pictures (didn’t think we’d need to since we immediately went to reception but hey ho). Anyway - pretty odd vibe, smelt bad, was dirty and strange customer service. However they do seem to have nice rooms in some buildings according to these reviews. Just be careful when you book.

  Budget bistro with lovely views.

  Great location on the quayside, clean and airy bistro serving food. I only visited the bistro for a meal during Tall Ships event plus Tour de France was on TV. I had paella and a creme dessert which was nice and reasonably priced. Friendly and good customer service even if you don't speak French.

  Comfortable, clean and modern apartment room.We stayed 1 night as a family of 3. Our room had a large and comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. Bedding was included.There was a kitchen area with hob, microwave, fridge, toaster , kettle and drip coffee machine.Large clean shower with plenty of hot water.We had an excellent view over the harbour.
