  Good location, rooms basic but adequate staff lovely - parking an absolute nightmare

  Good location, apartments very basic and dated but adequate, staff are lovely BUT the parking is a nightmare - battle for spaces every night, we had a large truck so parked on grass to leave spaces for others and the gardener came out and put "crime scene" tape round our truck, this was despite several French cars having parked there everyday that week, we could see from our balcony and French cars parking in the disabled spaces every day and nothing done. We have family in Evian so stay regularly - wont stay at the Zenitude again because of this which is a shame.

  3rd stay, and wonderful again!

  We made a last minute decision to stay here for 2 nights, and were lucky to get a very good special offer on a two bedroom lake view apartment. We knew the level of the accommodation, and again were not disappointed by the furnishings, the beds, and the equipment in the apartment, and of course the amazing view of the lake from 2 large balconies, one with table and chairs. Dogs are welcome and there were quite a few other guests with their dogs. Although it seemed busy you can always find a parking space in the grounds. The location is less than 5 minutes drive in to the town, and there is a Lidl supermarket just a 10 minute walk down the hill.Evian itself is delightful, the walk along the lakefront, the free funiculaire up the hill in season, Lausanne across the lake is easy to visit for the day by ferry, as is Geneva. We will definitely return again.

  Good place to enjoy Evian!

  That was an amazing place to stay in. A lot of fresh air, authentic architecture, Evian water and small cute town. This hotel ideally fits in that beautiful landscape. It has some kitchenware, dishes, tv, big bed & big table - all what you need to enjoy a food & wine after having a good day in Evian.

  located in a quiet environment with spectacular view of the lake. spacious room with all the amenities of home, 5 minutes drive to the center of town, very friendly and helpful staff, basic european breakfast

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Size of the apartments are suitable for families too, though only with limited kitchen equipment. Furniture is somewhat old, but functional. Quiet and lovely lake view, sauna is also very nice at the pool. Plenty of private parking possibilities. Can recommend with small children too.
