Excellent stay here this year. The hotel has had a major revamp. Excellent staff food and rooms. DECADENT PLACE, DON’T STAY THERE!

Horrible, depressing, overpriced place! It can’t even be called a hotel! It’s a bed and breakfast, not a 4 star hotel as it’s advertised. We were there for 7 nights, and were told at check in that our room would only be cleaned ONE time, due to the “hotel” being ecofriendly. Arrived on a wednesday and until sunday no cleaning yet. They don’t even take out the trash! Everything is dirty, old and poorly taken care of. The hallways smell bad! Decadent vibe! The staff speaks basic or no english at all. No amenities in the room. No room service. Breakfast has an acceptable number of options, but the quality is not very good. Staff at breakfast is very unfriendly. For the price you pay in this hell hole, you can rent a very nice apartment at Courchevel or Meribel, that are much nicer villages.

We always stay here the night before going to val theorems ski resort and always receive such great service. The staff are accommodating and friendly and the location is excellent for us. The breakfast is quite basic but there is normally something for everyone. Will be returning again in march 2024.

Potential to be a great hotel when it has a full renovation!

This hotel has the potential to be really great, but it is very tired and definitely in need of a full renovation. No way is it a 4 star! That said, location is great. Bedrooms are a good size and clean, staff were lovely. Breakfast expensive for a limited buffet. And there should not be a charge for the ‘spa’. It was a small pool, steam room and sauna. Jacuzzi wasn’t working nor were the jets in the pool. This whole area also needs a full makeover. Disappointing as the photos online really made this hotel look a lot better than it is.

The hotel is in the centre of Brides Les Bain, near the bus stop tourist office.It is a big building with modern forniture. My room has been upgraded for free. I had a big room with two balconies. The breakfast is very good good.The thermes are not connected to the hotel and there is no special reduction for hotel guests.
