    Swapped from our regular on way to ski holiday Chambery location to this one. It’s much better. Nice rooms, great staff, lovely facilities. They were extremely welcoming and the breakfast buffet was very good. The whole place is super clean too.

    This was a really lovely hotel and very comfortable indeed. Easily walkable from Chambery Railway station which is about 6 minutes away. Good facilities and polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and a really nice place to stay for a few days.     The hotel is centrally located and close to everything. The pool is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. The view from the room was gorgeous, I could see the mountains in Chambéry and a beautiful sunrise. The staff was very kind and placed a kettle in my room upon request. I will definitely return.

    Even though we Absolutely Could Not go to our room before check in (but we could leave our bags)(the French & their rules!) this hotel was fabulous. Great location, efficient welcome, lovely bar, a swim or sauna if we’d fancied, a huge room with a comfortable huge bed, decent sized bathroom-oh yes it was all there-& the best bit-a massive window the whole width of the room, which you could completely open & if you’re on the 7th floor, superb views of Chambery & surrounding mountains. Magic.

    Check in and check out were ok. We rented 2 rooms and had a late check in. Not even 2/3 hours later, we came down to say that our friends wouldn't be able to come and asked if they could cancel that room. The staff at reception told us that only the manager could do it and that she will be there in the morning. When we met her in the morning, she told us that there will be no problem and that we only needed to make a request from the website. We did it 20 minutes after and she refused to refund us. So we called her asking why and she pretended that it was not her decision and that she had to wait for her boss.
