    Second ski stay at the club, satisfaction confirmed. excellent location near the slopes. style apartment a little dated but spacious and comfortable. (those with balcony are even better). Efficient and available team: any problem is solved immediately at the reception. Good child care in mini clubs; dynamic entertainment team; quality ski equipment for hire; perfect ski locker space with direct access to the slopes; generous and good quality self-service meals.     A top team (reception, maintenance, bar, catering - for those we saw anyway), everyone is smiling kindly and attentive. For an end of season it is very nice!There are, however, some areas for improvement in the residence: A towel was stained with blood in our studio (immediately changed by the reception), the lights are insufficient especially in the bathroom, there were several dirty glasses when we arrived in the closets, the duvet on the two beds in 90 -to make a single large bed - is too small).     Great buffets, great team, great location. Very nice views of the rooms from all sides. The children were very well taken care of including with a shuttle to the snow garden (which is very off-center).Rooms and bathrooms are vintage and boot/ski hire is exaggeratedly expensive. Prefer the rentals of the station.     Excellent for families

    We went there for a week, it has nothing luxurious but everything practical. You take your skis from the hotel and go directly on the slopes, and return them back in your locker. We didn't take the all inclusive option, and almost never ate from the hotel, though when we did it was good (Fondue, pizzas, crepes). The staff is very helpful and friendly. Of course the building and facilities needs renovation, but it's still decent and the kids enjoyed the activities proposed everyday.
