    Great hotel but afternoon tea very sub par - full of sugar treats only so if you have children no nutrition. Donuts cakes and a few bits of fruit and not the greatest patisserie. Recommend adding in savoury snacks

    Second visit to the hotel . We stayed for a week Feb 2025 and returned this week. We loved the hotel last time but this year the customer service …especially evening staff, was exceptional . The staff could not do enough for you . Happy and friendly - we will be back next year !!     They charged me for massage even though i went at the appointment and it was canceled by mistake by the reception.Nobody to talk to. Rude staff when i asked them to settle the issue!Poor breakfast. Very limited choice. 9 Euro extra to have your most basic breakfast food done-fried eggs.After i fully paid the extras, next day theh tried to charge my card another 4.5k euro for no reason. Luckily, my bank rejected the transaction. For the second appointment, a cancellation request was indeed sent by our Teams, but Aquamotion, which manages its own schedules and billing, refused to cancel without charge. You were informed of this directly at the ski shop.You then went to the centre, but the slot was no longer available. Despite our efforts with Aquamotion to try to obtain a commercial gesture, their decision remained unchanged. The billing applied therefore corresponds to their establishment's cancellation policy, which is independent of ours.I also regret that you felt we did not listen to you. This is never the intention of our Teams, who sought to defend your case to the best of their ability.As for breakfast, our buffet includes a wide selection of sweet and savoury items. Fried eggs and omelettes are available at an additional cost, as indicated on the menu. Finally, regarding the attempted additional charge of €4,500, after a thorough check of our system, no transaction of this amount was initiated by the hotel. Your reservation was paid for via a virtual card by your booking agent.I regret that our discussions did not help to resolve the situation on site.     We visited the restaurant after a perfect experience in Aquamotion. A warm and welcoming atmosphere sets the tone from the start. The small, thoughtfully curated menu highlights quality ingredients and balanced flavors, while the stunning view elevates the experience. Its close proximity to the spa makes it a perfect stop after relaxing moments, and the uniquely designed bar creates the ideal setting to truly enjoy a drink. It is the ideal way to end the day after the relaxation of the spa, definitely worth the visit!     While the hotel facilities were good, the staff experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were unhelpful, shouted at guests, and behaved in an impolite and rude manner. I also left a ring in the hotel and contacted them to retrieve it, but I was informed that it could not be found, which I find unacceptable.
