    Thank you !! (Room 215 14th - 21st March 2026) :D

Just returned home from the best ski week we’ve ever had! The hotel was absolutely amazing. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable sofa, located in a quiet area, and offered stunning views over the valley. The balcony caught the last rays of the evening sun, which was perfect. The room was always cleaned to an impeccable standard—working in a 4* housekeeping department myself, I could truly appreciate the attention to detail. The spa was wonderfully peaceful and we often had it all to ourselves. Dining at Jean was a treat—the food was delicious, and the burger was a delicious! Service throughout the hotel was excellent, with all staff being super friendly and helpful. The ski taxi was brilliant too—we never had to wait long.Overall, a fantastic stay in every way. We would love to return!

We loved everything from the location to the service. We were 2 families, the roos was spacious and super comfortable for all of us. We liked the decor. Breakfast was great with a great selection of meats and cheeses and pastries. The locations greet the shuttle to the town also amazing, Vicent and all the chokers were very kinds. The staff from the front desk all super helpful and the staff that clean the room very kind too. We loved the pool and spa. The hotel is beautiful and nicely decorated, close to everything Jeff Macquet, Directeur général at Hotel L'Arboisie, responded to this review Dear Ana,It is a real pleasure to have contributed in our own way to the magic of these family moments !We are delighted to read that you have created such wonderful memories together under our roof; this is exactly what gives meaning to our work. Unsafe Stay: Theft, Poor Service, and Disappointing Facilities

    rating18 Jan 2026

I’m leaving this review because my stay was extremely disappointing and, honestly, unsafe.First of all, my wallet was stolen from my room. There wasn’t even much cash inside, but there were my documents - so apparently they were simply thrown into a trash bin. I reported everything immediately, but the hotel did not properly investigate or resolve the situation. No real help. From my point of view, theft happens in this hotel. It’s an absolute disgrace. The shuttle service is also a mess. They share the transfer with another hotel, so you can end up waiting 30 minutes. What made it worse is that transfers from the ski lifts worked fine for everyone else - except guests from our hotel. The spa facilities were very bad: the hammam and the sauna were not heating properly, basically useless. I also went for a massage, and the masseuse was answering phone calls during the massage. On top of that, she was clearly sick, which is unacceptable. The restaurant food was not tasty. The bathroom in the room was super small and impractical.Overall, it’s just sad. This hotel barely deserves 3 stars. I would not recommend it. Jeff Macquet, Directeur général at Hotel L'Arboisie, responded to this review Dear Madam,Your message is striking due to the seriousness of the accusations made. As you have posted this notice in multiple locations, it calls for a precise and responsible response. We found no trace of your wallet in your room or anywhere else. No items were thrown away by our staff. This was confirmed in our email exchanges. We have complete confidence in our employees, whose professionalism and integrity form the very foundation of our establishment. From that point on, nothing found favour in your eyes.To accompany you throughout your trip, we do indeed offer free shuttles available every 20 minutes to take you to the centre of Megève and Mont d'Arbois. In terms of well-being, the spa facilities are checked daily. No temperature anomalies were noted during your stay. Our practitioners work within a strict framework of hygiene and professionalism; no issues have been reported to management. Our rooms cultivate a warm atmosphere, inspired by mountain chalets, deliberately cosy, which you can see for yourself when you make your booking. All the teams at L'Arboisie are committed to providing authentic, attentive and deeply human hospitality, where trust and respect guide every action.Guillaume KOPPGeneral Manager of L’Arboisie+33 4 50 55 35 90
