  The rooms are tiny, so much so that you had to leave your suitcases and fur blankets on the balcony as there was no room!. Hanging space is 5 hangers so expect to use one case as your wardrobe. No warm breakfast after 8am. However excellent location and able to use the spa in Chalet Skadi next door which is a plus. If you misplace your room key then expect the manager to huff and puff as if he is doing you a massive favour!   Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. The hotel itself is really nice, and the room was spotless, recently upgraded, and thoughtfully decorated. I especially appreciated the details like the towel warmer and the upgraded shower with a large, multi‑jet shower head.The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries, eggs, beans, meats, fresh fruit, coffee, and juices. The hotel is about an 8‑minute walk from the main lifts, but there’s also a free city bus that runs frequently throughout the day if you’d rather not walk.A nice bonus is that the neighboring attached property consists of privately owned units and features a beautiful lobby along with amenities such as a spa and steam rooms, which adds to the overall appeal of the location.The only significant issue during my stay was the Wi‑Fi in my room (Room 110). The signal worked up until the moment I entered the room and then completely dropped, which was a serious problem since I needed reliable internet to work. The staff contacted a technician multiple times, but the issue was never resolved. While I was told their phones worked fine, none of my three devices could connect. The weak signal also affected the TV streaming, so this room definitely needs attention on the Wi‑Fi front.Aside from that, the stay was very enjoyable, and it would be an easy recommendation.   The check in was very formal and not very welcoming. Room was clean and warm, shower was good.Breakfast was good with plenty of selection. Cooked breakfast looked average to poor, did not try.Evening meals were always a let down , usually served lukewarm, all style over substance ,no love in the kitchen.Staff were friendly in general, waitresses were nice and helpful.
