    Perfectly adequate - could improve

    rating19 Mar 2026

This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy access to slopes and equipment hire. It is a very gentle slope down to the main lifts. The room was clean, warm and the bed comfortable. (Linked twin). Smallish, but had a desk and small sofa/bed. Tea and coffee making facilities. TV in room. Enough storage space. Lovely views from our balcony. Room was quiet. There is a wellness area, but we had full on sun all week so I never used it. Breakfast was fine with plenty of tables. Got busier from 08.00. Usual sort of spread. Dinner was ok. Salad bar was good and puds were delicious. Main courses could perhaps be improved. They did not always look so appetising. The bar is sociable and very pleasant. WiFi was not good in the room, but perfectly ok in the large reception area. It would have been better had the boot warmers been working in the rather cramped locker room. Tricky to navigate at busy times as no space to boot up by the lockers - had to take your gear out to a sitting area which again is small for busy times. I think this hotel could be great for groups of friends (seems to be lots of all male groups staying here). I would stay again due to its position , I think it is probably good value overall. Hotel- cmanager, Owner at Belambra Clubs - Hotel Les Bruyeres, responded to this review Dear Norm, Thank you for sharing such a valuable review. We are delighted that our prime location enhanced your ski experience with its convenient slope access. Your satisfaction with the room’s cleanliness, comfort, and amenities, including the tea and coffee facilities, is heartening, and we are especially pleased you enjoyed the serene views from your balcony. However, we sincerely regret that some aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations. The challenges with the locker area during peak times and the boot warmer functionality are noted. While our WiFi performs well in common areas, we recognize room connectivity can vary, and we appreciate your understanding.Nonetheless, your kind remarks about our bar’s sociable atmosphere and the breakfast salad bar’s quality are most encouraging. We are glad the overall value and positioning brought you enough satisfaction to consider returning. We look forward to welcoming you back.Best regards,Jordan, Service Relation Clients Belambra

Epic week, fantastic stay, a couple of niggles

    rating12 Mar 2026

Stayed here in February 2026 with family and friends for the most epic week of the season: a week of blue skies and sunshine after two weeks of heavy snow. You dream of weeks like this. The location is excellent with direct access to the pistes and village. The choice, abundance and quality of the food and drink at meal times was also of high standard. The bar is lively and there are amusements to stay entertained. The spa and sauna were welcome to help relax after a long day on the slopes.A couple of criticisms: the pillows were not that comfortable, the locker room is extremely cramped and I don’t think the boot warmers worked very well as my boots were still a bit damp in the mornings. There could also be clearer signs around the locker room as it isn’t clear which door to open. But these were minor niggles really. We had a great time and we loved our stay here. I didn’t want to leave. Hotel- cmanager, Owner at Belambra Clubs - Hotel Les Bruyeres, responded to this review Dear Garry, Thank you for sharing such a valuable review. It is wonderful to hear that your stay at Belambra Hôtel Les Menuires Les Bruyères was so memorable. We are thrilled you found our dining options and spa facilities to your liking. Our team takes pride in offering diverse menus and relaxing spaces after a day on the slopes. That said, we regret any inconvenience caused by the comfort and layout of certain amenities. Our housekeeping team is always ready to assist with extra pillows upon request, and we’re reviewing locker room signage for clarity.Nonetheless, we’re delighted our location allowed easy access to the pistes and village. Direct slopes access remains a highlight we’re glad you enjoyed. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.Kind regards,

Ski in ski out gem in Les Menuires……. Would definitely return.

    rating18 Feb 2026

Travelled with my partner son and girlfriend, had a fab week here, food was plentiful and varied with a special every evening served by the chef.Position is fabulous right on the piste via a walkway from the boot room. Lovely bar with log fire in the evening if you don’t want to venture out.A number of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance too.Boot room is a bit unconventional but does the trick.. just either get there early or a little later to avoid congestion. An additional bench to sit on would be a handy addition especially at busy times. Hotel- cmanager, Owner at Belambra Clubs - Hotel Les Bruyeres, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you very much for this kind review. We’re delighted that you enjoyed our convenient ski access and the variety of meals prepared by our chefs. However, we regret any inconvenience during busier times in the boot area. While the layout works for many, we’re exploring small adjustments to improve comfort during peaks.Your kind words about the evening bar with its cozy fireplace warm our hearts. We hope the stunning alpine views from our restaurant made your evenings even more memorable. We look forward to welcoming you back on a future trip.Best regards,

Cold food, cold food, cold food, did I say cold food

    rating16 Feb 2026

A soulless hotel that is happy to serve cold food for dinner every night. I even reported this to the restaurant manager on the first night but it was the same for the whole week. The manager did offer to heat my meals in a microwave, you couldn't make it up.The best thing, the proximity to the slopes and that is it.When settling the bar bill, the manager asked us was everything ok and he recognised me and said about the cold food. He explained it will be better in 2027 as the kitchen is being refurbished, ha ha what a joke. But he did give us 2 x free drinks at the bar lol lol.Warm room even without the heating on. Cleaning of the room everyday. Reception staff very helpful.
