    Negative experience

    rating11 Mar 2026

Our stay at Pierre & Vacances Atria-Croisette in Avoriaz was disappointing because of the sauna policy and the attitude of the reception staff. The sauna costs €6 per person, which is fine, but the reception never informed us that it has to be booked in advance. Because of this, we were only able to get a reservation on the very last day of our holiday.Had we been told about the booking system at check-in, we would have planned accordingly and used it earlier. Unfortunately, the reception staff was not helpful at all. When we asked about availability, they responded in a dismissive and unfriendly way in French and made no effort to help us find a solution or an earlier time slot.Overall, very poor communication and disappointing service for a property of this level. Guest Relation, Guest Services / Front Office at Pierre & Vacances Residence Atria-Crozats, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback. We understand from your comments that the lack of information about the sauna booking system and the attitude of the reception staff affected your stay. Clear communication at check-in is essential, and we will review this with the local team to ensure guests are informed about facilities and how to access them.We will also address the way your request was handled to make sure our reception staff provide helpful and welcoming service at all times. The Pierre & Vacances Team

Some of these reviews are crazy. This is an exceptional apartment, great value. Spacious (for 2), superb view, good beds, fast wifi, great kitchen, good tv (bbc), location is outstanding, ski room very good, luggage room brilliant as it has a nice shower to use if you have a late flight. reception staff are super nice and helpful.I'm hard to please as I travel alot but cannot fault this property.

Superb top floor apartment, stunning views day and night

    rating16 Feb 2026

Superb 6 bed apartment on the top floor with amazing views. Located 5 mins walk from the supermarket, bars etc using the towns stairs/escalators. Ski in ski out. The ski room was the best I ve come across, each apartment had its own secure locker. The apartment was great, 1 double, 1 twin and a king size sofa bed. 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The kitchen was well equipped. We had to make our own beds upon arrival and clean the kitchen before leaving including taking the rubbish out…..this was expected and we knew this when booking, so no problem! Sheets, towels and cleaning equipment were provided, although we took extra supplies for the kitchen. We loved it and would recommend to all.

    Great location

    rating11 Apr 2025

Perfect location to walk to the nursery slopes and/or town. (As well as Le Folie Douce!). Apartment had all we needed..only complaint was the sofa bed - didn't really sleep properly all week as the mattress sagged and dipped. Other than that a fantastic location and comfy apartment.

    Wonderful resort but grim accommodation.

    rating10 Apr 2025

Really grim accommodation. Avoriaz is a wonderful resort but his accommodation was terrible. Dirty and not clean. We arrived in the evening, but beds were not made up, and floors were dirty, bathroom and loo had not been cleaned. When wee complained we were told by staff nonchalantly that sometimes they are so busy on changeover days the apartments are not cleaned. We had to ask for bed linen - some was missing, and also we were not given any towels until we asked for them. There was broken glass on the floor in our bedroom. Guest Relation, Guest Services / Front Office at Pierre & Vacances Residence Atria-Crozats, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback, Diana, and we’re truly sorry to hear about the condition of your apartment upon arrival. This is far below the standard we aim to provide, and we want to sincerely apologize for the uncleanliness, the missing linens and towels, and especially the broken glass—this is absolutely unacceptable. Your comment about the staff’s response is also concerning, as we expect every guest concern to be met with care and urgency. We understand how disappointing it must have been to start your holiday this way, especially in such a wonderful resort like Avoriaz. We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and while we regret that your stay fell short, we hope you might consider giving us another chance to offer the standard of service you should have received from the start. The Pierre & Vacances Team
