Location

This apartment hotel is located facing Mont Blanc, in the village of Charmettoger. It has an excellent position on the edge of the forest, 300 m from the Les Villards shopping centre and 500 m from the centre of the resort. Geneva Airport is 166 km away and it is 197 km to Lyon Airport.

    Really mugged us off regarding damage deposits, they fabricated problems so as too squeeze more profit out of us (a group of students). We were charged £85 each (£340) for "extra cleaning"- we left the place spotless-, and a "broken table"- this is just completely made up. Small, dark and dingy, I'd rather sleep out in the snow. The entire "apartment" smelt like a chain-smokers' morning breath.I wouldn't wish this accommodation upon Satan himself.

    The apartments are in a good location, close to the lifts and shopping are with many cafes and restaurants.The apartment was good for 2 people, but I imagine it would be pretty tight for more than that. the kitchen was well equipped, with a little oven, basic pots and pans and thankfully a dishwasher. We had to buy a 'cleaning pack' for washing up liquid etc, so if you were more organised than us you could bring this with you. I would also recommend bringing your own pillows, towels and blankets as the ones available there were pretty awful. They did provide good sheets though.

    Adequate hotel for a skiing holiday

    Hotel was in a good location, approx 5 mins short walk from the centre of les arcs 1800. The easiest ski lift (lapin) to access is across the road and a short ski down, this then provides access to the whole skiing valley. The room on arrival was clean and adequate bedding was provided. The room was spacious for 2 but possibly would be tight for 4 adults. Hot water and heating plentiful.

    The great thing about this hotel is that you get your own ski locker which is great. The accomodation is nothing like how it looks on line. The accomodation was clean but very very basic very dark and out dated the only problem is that if you were put in this accomodation beause where you was ment to be staying was full you need to take everything back to the hotel you were supossed to be staying in. overall the staff and service was ok but dont expect to much when you get there
