Just oké, but on the low side

    rating27 Mar 2026

It is, at its core, a decent accommodation. However, it lacks certain basic “details,” such as: • Outdoor lighting is really insufficient and feels unsafe. • The apartment is advertised for 5 people, but the beds are only 70 cm wide (while everywhere online it says 90 cm), and one person is literally sleeping in the hallway. • There is no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands (you have to use shower gel). • No hand towels or dish towels are provided, yet there is a dishwasher tablet… even though there is no dishwasher. • Dinner is buffet-style and of very low quality. • The front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful (being friendly doesn’t cost anything). • The new bed linen had quite a lot of hair on it.Disappointing. You get the feeling they don’t really care, because guests will book anyway. Quality isn’t about luxury—it’s about the basics, and those are not sufficiently met here.

A mistake in choosing this hotel (rather club or hostel)

    rating06 Jan 2026

Beside the price which is way above the service delivered (as reminder I paid 300euro per room including breakfast), you need to have trained and experienced staff from hotel, There is no attention to details, the service is globally poor, the rooms are ridiculously small, with no sound proofing between rooms and between rooms and corridor. Make sure you don’t get the rooms 315 and 317, which are at the end of the corridor and next to the door giving access with a code to dial, the door bang at each entry, and those having forgotten their code will knock on the windows of your room, as the main reception is closed at night. This establishment is run as a club, a below average club (not a hotel). To and that the after ski snacks and aperitivo are extremely basics. There is a pool, given the overall experience, we were not adventurous enough to try as we received feedback that the water was chilly andl not so clean. I won’t recommend , and I would rather try marmot hotel in front of the slopes or the Prieuré hotel for the same price range if you book early (September for December stay)Our mistake was to book last minute, however keep in mind at the reception the displayed price for a room is 495euro per night, which is unlikely to be applied, but this says enough how mispositioned this venue is.

    Summer in the Mountains

    rating17 Aug 2022

Excellent service with multilingual at the reception that were more than happy to help. The resorts team even recommended some most do activities which we were all to happy to partake in. The local trails provide some incredible vistas. These trails were accompanied with cute local wildlife, but be sure to respect your distance as the groundhogs are protected and you could very well face a fine.Whilst I visited during the summer I am certain the skiing would be great and the resort is adapted for the winter months. That being said we had access to the resorts heated pool, sauna and tennis court and had plenty of fun.The hotel rooms were a nice size and the beds were incredibly comfy granting the best nights sleep of our entire road trip. The rooms were impeccably clean along with the entire resort. We opted for the all inclusive experience and the drinks selection was more than adequate but was bested by the dessert selection which forced us into taking seconds a fair few times. We shall certainly return. Had wished for more

Stayed at this three star Hotel for New years and had great expectations. But the rooms Were not up to my expectations. Boring atmosphere and low standard. The buffer was ok with lots of choices but very crowded. Will not go back to this place.
