Amazing staff and facilities
21 Apr 2026
We took 32 school children, we were worried about taking school children to the hotel where they might disturb other guests but we needn’t of worried. The staff were so kind, accommodating and caring, putting us and the children at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, we had an amazing stay. The children loved it so much they were begging us to take them back to the hotel next year. The food was amazing, service great and restaurant staff attentive. The hotel was clean and of a high standard. We would definitely love to go back. Thank you Le Parc & Spa. Sowell Parc Hôtel Briançon, General Manager at SOWELL Hotels Le Parc & Spa, responded to this review Dear Karen,Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. We are truly delighted to read that both you and the children had such an enjoyable stay with us.It was an absolute pleasure to welcome your group. We would also like to highlight how lovely and well-behaved the children were throughout their stay — their kindness and positive energy made it a joy for our entire team to host them.Your words about our staff, service, food, and facilities mean a great deal to us, and we are very grateful for your trust in choosing our hotel for such a special trip.We would be thrilled to welcome you all back next year for another wonderful stay. The Sowell Le Parc & Spa Team

Great stay and would recommend
08 Apr 2026
Such a good stay. The hotel is ideal for families and the room setup is great. The staff are very helpful and the location of the hotel is very good for skiing, being just a five minute walk to the slopes. The food is great, there is an option to take food away for lunch up the slopes too. There is a nice pool and a lounge room to play games in and relax. I would recommend staying here and the all inclusive option is great value. Room for improvement
06 Mar 2026
Room for improvement- rooms are small and poorly designed. Beds tiny - bedding cheap and nasty.Rooms are not cleaned properly- if at all. Food and restaurant staff great.Bar is a tiny thoroughfare- there are no relaxation areas.Don’t be fooled by Spa and pool area - it is tiny.Town is bleak and uninviting - there are nicer places to stay along the valley.Ski area is good Sowell Parc Hôtel Briançon, General Manager at SOWELL Hotels Le Parc & Spa, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your experience, particularly the room layout and housekeeping, did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams so that we can continue improving the quality of our services. We would also like to mention that the size of our rooms is clearly indicated on our website as well as on our partner booking platforms, so that guests can have all the necessary information before arrival and choose the room category that best suits their needs. We are however very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the quality of the food and the service provided by our restaurant team. Your kind words will certainly be shared with them. Regarding the wellness facilities, we provide our guests with a relaxation area including a swimming pool and sauna, available free of charge, in order to offer additional comfort and moments of relaxation during their stay. Your feedback is very valuable to us and helps us continue to improve. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future for a more satisfying experience.
