  We have just returned from a 5 night stay here with a coach party. While I can agree with some points relating to areas looking a little worn/tired etc I feel it is really good value for money. Room maybe a little dated but perfectly clean. Something that I did find strange was the complimentary tray had tea bags but no kettle in the room, I nice little coffee machine is provided with coffee pods. Our room didn’t have much of a view but I think that’s luck of the drawWe found the hot breakfadt had the same choice, bacon , sausage etc However the choice of pastries and cakes on a morning was really good as was the cold table The fact you are provided with picnic boxes and bags for any baguettes you wish to make was a great bonus Dinner wasn’t repetitive and we thought there would be something for most people Again the cold table and cakes were good They also have little snacks on the bar later in the day, all good touches Views are just as in photographs ,stunning The walk into the lovely village isn’t too far and we didn’t find it taxing coming back and we are both 70.   Lovely hotel in a jaw dropping location

  Lovely hotel in a jaw dropping location - the view from the bar terrace is sensational. Staff were all lovely (a big shout out to Davy the waiter who was polite and personable and looked after us so well). Rooms and the hotel interior were immaculate. The drinks package was good and made for an inexpensive holiday. Just two small criticisms for which I have deducted a star: the exterior of the hotel needs a little attention (woodwork and shingles) and the food was not too varied. Out of 5 nights stay the main option was chicken in some form (stewed, fried, etc) for 4 nights . Other than that I loved the hotel and would definitely go back.   Perfect spot for big groups which want to experience the French Alps!

  We've spent a wonderful week skiing in the region. The hotel is perfectly located at 5 min walk from the cabin lift and with indoor and outdoor parking which makes it perfect fit for people traveling by car. The food was good and the atmosphere even better thanks to the hotel crew which was always willing to help and assist with information and another drink from the bar ;) You can spend the time after dinner for some games or music (If you are lucky and Gipsy Kings are also there :P ) at the lobby. The swimming pool this season was closed, so definitely it would be even better if it was working, but didn't changed our mood at all.   A very worthwhile visit and left with very satisfied.

  Private transfer both ways (not sure why?)We arrived in snowy conditions and everything looked beautiful.The rooms were large, warm and comfortable. Shower separate from toilet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the broken safe in our room was not fixed after 2 requests.Food was plentiful and good quality and being all inclusive supplied bags and trays at breakfast time to take out food and drink for lunch (take a flask for drink)The lay out of the hotel was somewhat confusing as the reception and dining room was on the 6th floor. Our room was on 1st floor and had to use two separate lifts to get there. Soon got used to it.There is no shuttle bus so a walk to the lifts which in some condition could be dangerous. Particularly in ski boots.Ski store room but no heated boot storage.Did not use the Spa or pool as was chargeable.   Great stay in a lovely hotel

  Great hotel in a good location. Breakfast was good hot and cold food available. We were allowed to take out a pack lunch, filled french stick we chose, bags available for taking out. There were also boxes available for salad options. Dinner was good but not a massive choice of hot dishes, always a fish option, plenty of other food available if nothing suited. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the cable car and lockers where we available to hire and leave our skiis which saved us carrying.
