The lowest level of staff competence
28 Sept 2024
I stayed during 5 days in Adonis hotel and unfortunately it was the worst staying i ever had:dirty room, technic problems with all stuff in the room, full of insects, poorest breakfast, no service, unfriendly and no competent stuff. Never again L'équipe Adonis, Directeur général at Adonis Hotels & Residences Gap, responded to this review Hello,We are sorry that your stay was so unpleasant. Our team does everything possible to ensure that your stay is perfect and that any problems are resolved as quickly as possible.Best regards,The Adonis Team

Good and efficient hotel for short business stay.

Excellent breakfast, good parking, friendly staff. Not too far from the center. Not the most modern hotel, but everything works well and is clean. Bath curtain is not ideal, glass screen could be better. Place of toilet is rather small. To upgrade the atmosphere a renovation is recommended. But at this moment certainly value for money. Yoan Gapotel, Directeur général at Adonis Hotels & Residences Gap, responded to this review Good morning,We thank you for your comment and are delighted to have made your stay a pleasant one.Cordially,The Adonis team

Tricky to access
10 Nov 2019
This hotel proved to be very tricky to access from the main road, especially in the dark. I drove past it three times, then ended up parking in the supermarket carpark behind it and walking over, where the nice lady at reception explained how to reach the free parking in front or the hotel carpark itself. That was the only ‘glitch’.The hotel itself was clean and spacious. All staff I encountered were polite, friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room warm. After a long drive, it was great to have the restaurant available for a wholesome meal. Both the hotel and restaurant are good value.

2 beers for 15 euros ??!!! Too expensive folks, could have it cheaper elsewhere, the atmosphere overall wasn’t that great , probably I will return or not , the hotel was chosen because of the location mostly !
