    The central heating is not working ! It was freezing when a member of staff came to check she said “this is Chamberry it is cold”We are both disabled with badges she then brought a small electric heater, no chance of changing room to one with heating. My husband got me an electric over blanket. 2025 this is NOT acceptable!

    Cute little hotel in a prime location, steps away from the historic centre of Chambery. While our room was relatively small, it was quiet, clean and our bed very comfortable. The hotel doesn't have their own parking, but they have preferential rates with a nearby underground parking, which was very convenient. Staff are friendly and offered to help with any questions. We tried the onsite breakfast: plenty of fresh food options and in particular we appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice (a rare occurrence in hotel breakfast rooms these days..)

    A superb hotel in an excellent central location in the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely quiet ambience and a breakfast second to none. Highly recommended!

    I was very happy with the cleanliness, it had very comfy beds and was in the centre of the historic town.The only thing I would change is bit more space for bags in the room and possibly a sink in the same room as the toilet.Would definitely recommend this place to others.
