17 days after our stay, the hotel tried to rip everyone off with made up additional charges.

I stayed at his hotel with a group of friends on a car rally Sept 10-12. The hotel was okay, nothing special. 17 days later, the manager, Mustapha Elhadmir, charged every single person in the group an additional 500 Euros for "restaurant charges" that never happened. Every single room was charged for two meals (I stayed in my room by myself). Mustafa claims that the organizer of the rally didn't pay for a meal (a lie) and that everyone owes 500 Euros as a result. We all had to file credit card charge backs against the Hotel and will never be going back.

Kube - St Tropez

Kube Saint-Tropez is a beautiful resort with spacious, comfortable rooms. The entire staff was polite, kind, and welcoming. We arrived a few hours before the standard check-in time. Although our room was already available, we were required to pay an additional fee to check in early, which was disappointing. The shower design was also uncomfortable. The small glass panel did not contain the water, so the bathroom floor became wet whenever we showered.Overall, the resort is beautiful and the service is friendly, but these issues affected our stay.

Consistent Robbery Reputation

I have been robbed at this hotel. And 1 room next to me. The place is not safe.Immediately left the hotel, and started talking to locals about it, and said it’s no surprise- so many similar incidents took place in this hotel.Upon arrival, one of the guests ran barefoot into the reception and mentioned someone was inside his room and trying to open his luggage.Upon checking out, I told a couple the reason behind me leaving the hotel, and they mentioned that someone from hotel staff went into their room at 4am the night before. Frédéric CARBONNEL, Directeur général at Kube Saint-Tropez, responded to this review Bonjour Madame, votre avis est mensonger et affabulatoire.
