  Avoid at all costs, go anywhere else but this.

  Rooms smell of stale cigarettes and vinegar. Shower is at chest height instead of above your head, like any normal shower elsewhere. Cracked tiles on the floors, paint coming off door frames and balconies. Rusty metal on the balcony. Stains on bed covers. Generally dirty bathrooms, grime on radiators. Corridors reminiscent of a maximum security prison. Very dated interior and exterior, looks like it's stuck in a 1980s time warp. When we wanted to leave the hotel early the staff tried their hardest to make it as difficult as possible, but they failed thankfully. Avoid and go elsewhere, plenty of better hotels in the area. Not a four star hotel, maybe a two star at best.

  Nice hotel/appartment in a very nice neighbourhood of Saint Raphael

  The room (appartement) was very nice and clean. Lovely kitchen and good bathroom. Breakfast was good. We asked for an appartment with balcony but did get one with terrace which we do not prefer because of the dogs. It seemed there was an appartment with balcony available during our stay. The main gate could not be closed during the night. It was broken during our stay.

  Great location - close access to the highway, 5km to the beach, shops (Interparche & Lidl) nearby (5min drive). Very friendly and helpful personal. A beautiful pool area. Big parking and free of charge. Fast WiFi.Some renovation of the rooms could be a good investment. Sofabed was squeaking quite heavily being annoying at night.   Comfortable stay, close to Fréjus

  Nice stay in comfortable hotel. Friendly reception, nice simple breakfast. Dogs allowed! Nice swimmingpool. Nearby the medieval city Fréjus. Silent and quiet surroundings.   Very clean good spot the swimming pool was perfect and if I come back I will surely stay again in this property. Also free parking for my vehicle and very large room.
