Clean better outside.

This hotel is relatively the least nice of all. More than affordable cost, but cleaning not exactly perfect, especially outside. In any case, the room was quiet, the bathroom more than decent. A understandable technical problem, but a receptionist with unacceptable behavior

As a regular customer of this establishment during my trips to Grenoble, I wish to share a particularly disappointing experience.I had booked a stay from August 30 to September 4, 2026, by opting for the cancellable and modifiable rate. Following an unforeseen event, I tried to cancel my reservation within the deadline.However, a technical malfunction on the application made my stay invisible in my customer account, preventing me from accessing the cancellation button. The first night was therefore charged to me. I advise against this option: in the event of a display error on the platform, self-service cancellation becomes impossible.Regarding the handling of this incident, the contrast between my two contacts is striking:• The central customer service: I had a person on the phone of great professionalism and exemplary kindness. Although she could not resolve the problem, she examined my file with politeness and understanding. She was haughty from the beginning to the end of the call, without the slightest sense of customer relations.Whether an IT problem or a pricing rule arises, that is perfectly acceptable when you are answered with courtesy. The hotel is easy to access, the rooms are clean and seem to have been renovated very recently (moreover, the photos on the site are clearly not up to date!). Very pleasant staff as well, perfect from arrival to departure.As for breakfast, it's the "standard" for 3-star B&B hotels: simple and efficient, sweet and savory, it's quite good and hearty! We feel a real involvement since the change of sign: Marouan, the new manager, is very available and ensures the smooth running of the stay efficiently. This hotel could use a good renovation, it is a 3 star on paper but the reality is quite different. Hotel-like room from the 90s-2000s with shower curtain and bathtub, very vintage sink, big smell of cold tobacco in the room ( extremely unpleasant), curtain out of age. The better is the strong smell of amazing product in the hallway. Pros the breakfast.Sound insulation to be redone in the rooms.I had a good impression for this hotel chain before but there it chilled me to start the experience again.
