    I stayed at this hotel recently and enjoyed the hospitality. We feel a real involvement since the change of sign: Marouan, the new manager, is very available and ensures the smooth running of the stay efficiently.     This hotel could use a good renovation, it is a 3 star on paper but the reality is quite different. Hotel-like room from the 90s-2000s with shower curtain and bathtub, very vintage sink, big smell of cold tobacco in the room ( extremely unpleasant), curtain out of age. The better is the strong smell of amazing product in the hallway. Pros the breakfast.Sound insulation to be redone in the rooms.I had a good impression for this hotel chain before but there it chilled me to start the experience again.     Comfortable room, close to the university but a little far from the city center. Good value for money. Breakfast varied. An electrical outlet near the bed would have been nice, I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone. Not very practical in the end. Originally submitted in French on www.tripadvisor.fr.
