First visit to a Campanile

I was very pleasantly surprised by my overnight stay. The aircon was a blessing and the room had everything required and was very comfortable. Dinner was good and the breakfast excellent. The staff were all very pleasant and couldn't have been more helpful. All in all very good value and will be looking to stay at a Campanile again.

The bathroom requires a through deep clean, there was mould on the tiles and seals round the bath. There was no bath or wash basin plugs. The hair drier did not work, probably due to the fact that the wires were hanging out of the handle. The kettle lid was broken so it had to be switched off as soon as it boiled rather than switching it's self off.

I was in Grenoble on January 21, 2016 and the Campanile hotel was the right choice. The room was very comfortable and very cleaned. 1 minute out of highway and 10 minutes from city center...In the morning we found the woman at reception that has spoken italian very well. Good place to stay

Decided to stay 2 nights as we wanted to see some of the sights around Grenoble. Room was a reasonable size with a decent sized bathroom. Tea/coffee facilities are provided. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant both nights and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A menu is provided in English. There is also a buffet breakfast available. We arrived on a very hot afternoon to a good welcome. We had a lovely evening meal outside. The hotel is well positioned and for us there was a perfect little walk just behind the hotel round some allotments...perfect for our dogs. There was a shower rather than a bath but we were happy with that.
