This city hotel is located opposite train, coach, and tram stations, and is only 50 m from the "Europole" business centre and about a 10-minute walk from the city centre. Numerous restaurants can be found in the neighbouring pedestrian zone. Grenoble, Olympic city and "Capital of the Alps", is also a good starting point for excursions, especially those in the air. In addition, it is a historic and cultural city with one of the best art museums in France, and is where the French Revolution began. The city is one the "Route Napoléon" and prides itself on its countless architectural sites, including buildings from the Renaissance, a medieval cathedral, the former town hall, and Stendhal's house.

The hotel was built in 1903. 40 non-smoking rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     Disaster hotel!

    Don't just, don't.AC they said. Temperature in the room was between 27 and 26.5C all night.Breakfast they said. Out of boiled eggs, some green, blue, yellowish scrambled eggs, cold of course, that tasted manure.Out of bacon, one blue cheese, and that was that.Even the coffe was bitter and every table in the so called restaurant, ha, ha, was out of sugar.Jus stay ways, not worth you money, or agro.

    Very disappointed after calling ahead to say we would be there at 1:30 am and having also emailed and called in the days prior to be told that someonw mans the desk 24 /7 it wouldnt be a problem.To arrive at 1:20 am to be told your very late it was not how you should treat guests.If i had not checked maybe but then i wouldnt have stayed if i had been told no access after 2400.The attitude was you woke me up!The shower is also a hand shower not proper shower head fixture.Expensive for what it is .

    A bad experience at the Hotel Terminus in Grenoble

    I had booked months in advance and had specifically requested a room with a walk in shower.On arrival they allocated us a room with a shower in a very deep bath which had no safety rails.When we realised this we immediately requested a room with a walk in shower.They refused as they said they were fully booked.As we're in our late 70s we decided the room was unsuitable and decided to leave They then insisted we pay them the full amount for the room even though we hadn't used it.I contacted booking.com to assist us to get a refund but they were unable to help as we had paid the hotel directly. Fortunately I have the receipt to show we had paid, but they are not willing to refund us.Avoid this hotel!

    Terrible hotel — tiny bed, dirty room, no service, rude owner

    I’ve never experienced a worse hotel than this one. We arrived late in the evening and had to leave out of necessity. The bed was only 140 cm wide — nowhere was this mentioned, and in the photos it looks like a normal-sized bed. We asked for a solution because we simply didn’t fit in the bed, but there wasn’t one. No alternative bed, no sofa — the only option was to sleep on the floor. Even offering to pay extra didn’t help. We still had to pay and find another hotel ourselves. Rude staff! The room was also dirty, and the receptionist seemed to have never even seen a room before. DO NOT STAY HERE.
