Very bad experience

Very bad experience. I stayed two nights for an exorbitant price given the welcome (over €500.00 and upon arrival a request for a €300.00 deposit), the comfort (minimalist), and the service (room not cleaned between the two nights, shower with doors that wouldn't close, and reversed hot-cold water faucets)!Furthermore, the common areas lacked cleanliness. Disappointing

Location and view from the room very nice, clean room. On the other hand, we had booked several weeks before our arrival a table at the restaurant for the evening because we have a baby of 21 months it was more convenient, a few hours after our arrival we are announced that it is no longer possible because there is another reservation for 9 people, they contact me a few days before our arrival to ask us the bed preference for the room I specify a double bed or 2 single glued and a cot if possible, I am told that everything is ok upon arrival we find this with a double bed and a sofa bed unfolded for a baby of 21 months...Quite disappointed with the final performances, we had to go and order food in a small restaurant next to the hotel.
