  Don't go on motorcycles - stolen

  My 2 brand new BMW motorrad were stolen from the hotel parking lot .Very little help to 0 from the crew , spent all day with foreign language in police, was not offered any assistance on that . 65 thousand euros worth of motorcycles gone. Cameras are inoperable on the parking

  I picked the hotel for the secure car parking and nearby tram stop, as I had beeen told Grenoble centre parking was a nightmare. The hotel was a very pleasant suprise, helpful friendly staff, comfortable room, decent breakfast and 10 min tram ride to city centre. Grenoble is a great location for touring the mountains in the area. Very good value, I would happily stay again.   Cheap…ish and cheery.

  Actually not a bad hotel, but what made it good was the staff who were all enthusiastic and very helpful. Hotel is on the scruffy side,but it’s fine for a nightstop, secure parking too. Supper, v good, served out of a jar but it tasted (Boeuf Bourgignon) excellent! Breakfast, however, was poor value, cold, disappointing but I guess apart from the jams, the rest was jar-less!   Convenient and comfortable hotel, with good staff

  The location is very convenient for my business trip and only 10 mins from the centre by tram. Covid rules mean that, currently, the room is not serviced each day, so tea, coffee & cups are not replaced. Rooms and general decor are a little tired, but clean and comfortable. Parking space is not guaranteed, so I was luck to arrive early enough to find a space. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. I will continue to stay here on future trips.   Friendly staff that works hard! ++My bed was too short (i am 1m83) and i had to lie against headboard to fit in 😅There was no warm water at first, but the staff fixed that problem.Liitle bit of fungus in the bathroom.
