one month to get the deposit back

The hotel was fine but it took one month to get my deposit back, which is not serious for a business.

So quiet! So comfortable!

Great location, clean and comfortable room. I was amazed at how quiet it is -- no street noise even though it's across the street from the train station, and no noise from the hallway. Staff is very friendly. I only stayed for a couple of days. I imagine it would be a bit of a challenge for a longer stay, given the very minimal food prep items available and lack of a freezer. But it would work for people who plan to eat out a lot.

This Hotel has the great location with the Grenoble Gare just across the street which make our trip to and from Paris are very convenient. The room was fairly small but clean enough. The staffs are very nice and very accommodating which I really appreciate them. Great customer service.

A not very welcoming location

The entire ResidHotel should be renovated again, as it contrasts with the logo on the booking site "RENOVEE - March 2023"The breakfast is poor and with modest quality products, for the three stars claimed.Room design below expectations. The cleanliness leaves much to be desiredUnpleasant smell in the bathroom / room; most likely, the bathroom fan is not working.

The best hotel in Grenoble

I had a great stay! The bed was super comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was very quiet. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the cable car in Grenoble. Everything was clean and the breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommended!
