    It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty, no service, smelly and in dire need of renovation. Never again.     Terrible experience in a dirty apartment. We stayed there only one night.. and that was more than enough! There was a very bad smell in the apartment which was difficult to tolerate, the carpet was dirty, the doors of all closets/wardrobes were broken. Overall awful experience!     OK if you are a small person

    I had a small room with a pull down bed. Normally I have no problem with these pull down beds but this one was rubbish.To pull the bed down there is a metal bar that is perfect to trap your fingers or arm - dangerous. When pulled down there is about 10" around it to walk - you have to be small!The small, and I mean miniscule kitchen had a fridge that rattled and was really noisy even when set to its lowest setting, as was the air conditioning heating on its lowest fan setting. At 0600 the trams start outside the window and thats that for sleeping. Luckily the family screaming at their kids underneath distracted me from the tram. I will never book a room with pull down bed from here again. I may stay again if cheap but the parking is a rip off at 10 Eu the night and its on the street basically. Pour votre information, un mode d'emploi est positionné sur les lits-armoire et indique la manipulation qui peut se faire avec une seule main, nous faisons la démonstration régulièrement, rien de plus facile ! Votre commentaire étant anonyme et ne reflète aucune expérience client reçue via notre questionnaire satisfaction que chaque client réel reçoit, il ne nous permet pas d'envoyer notre technicien vérifier vos dires concernant le bruit du réfrigérateur et du chauffage, c'est regrettable car si votre séjour a réellement eu lieu, nous aurions pu intervenir.Je vous invite à regarder le prix des parkings dans Grenoble afin de vérifier par vous-même que nos tarifs sont loin d'être excessifs, cela reste un service optionnel, vous pouviez préférer chercher un stationnement dans la rue plutôt que vous assurer d'avoir une place au pied de la résidence sur notre parking privatif.Cordialement,L'équipe KOSY appart'hôtels

    24 hour reception staff who are friendly and helpful with well decorated communal areas. Easy to park car right outside the front of the building but also tram stop outside so good for getting around the city. Apartment was spacious (1 bed room), ours had a huge bathroom with lovely toiletries provided. There was a little noise from the trams outside but had no problems sleeping. Would recommend compared to other similar apartments I have used before in Grenoble.
