We loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. We had very comfortable beds, a great big bathroom, and even a little balcony. It was all very clean and the location was very calm. The kitchenette also had everything we needed for making basic stuff for our picnics at the beach. Breakfast was also nice. The only problem we had was with the arrival, as we arrived after reception had closed and didnt know that we needed a code to get in. When we called in a slight panic, they were not very understanding and said they had sent us a code by email, which we had never received. Of course we were able to get in in the end, but it was somewhat stressful. If you arrive late, make sure you call ahead if you didn't get a code for the door by mail. Otherwise a great stay!

Great location, great place

Perfectly located, just a 10 minute walk from the beachfront, restaurants, watersports and Casino, this apart/hotel is an ideal base when visiting La Baule and the surrounding area. It's nestled within a residential area so much calmer than the busy seafront. Rooms are decent, well equipped with a good bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful (they booked our terre de sel visit for us). There is a small pool and a ping pong table. Breakfast is available for a fee, but we found a really nice epicèrie just a 5min walk away, selling bread, croissants, fruit, veg, paté and coffee too. WiFi could be a bit sporadic at hotel, but I would highly recommend.

This hotel was in a lovely location just a short stroll from the fabulous beach and promenade. The room was of adequate size but the facilities were very good. We had three lovely nights here where the staff made us very welcome. We would recommend this property to others.

We very much enjoyed our stay and extended our stay several times. The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Don’t like paying for car parking but apart from that we were very pleased. We will be back.

Well located but slightly dated
08 Jul 2019
This hotel has a convenient location in the centre of La Baule, just one block back from the beach and 15 min walk to the main shopping/restaurant area - which is just as well as the hotel itself has no restaurant. Our room was very spacious but the decor was dated (or traditional?) and bathroom facilities were similarly ok. Our main issue was lack of lift and carrying luggage up to the 2nd floor. The advertised roof terrace & solarium was not in use, presumably as the weather was dreadful. Buffet breakfast was quite good and staff helpful. The hotel has no parking but finding space on surrounding streets with no restrictions was easy - but might be a problem in better weather and busier times.
