Location

This residence is located about 20 min by foot from both train stations and the shopping centre Euralille, and about 20 min by foot from the town centre. It is situated in a quiet square with a nice garden. Lille - Lesquin Airport is about 20 min away by car.

Facility

23 apartments and 111 studios are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Amenities include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. There are a number of shops as well. We stayed one night in December as a whistle stop trip to the Christmas market. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. Things to know. No usb charging and you have to unplug the bedside light to charge your phone. Parking is available €15 a night but it needs to be pre-booked as it is limited. We didn't know that but we're lucky and got the last available space.

This hotel is in a great location, with madeleine being a lovely local town. The receptionist was lovely and helped us with all of our questions. Great TV to watch anything you want and the bathroom is very clean.

The staff were very accommodating. The room was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and there were good facilities in the kitchen. It was a 15 min walk from town so suited us well. Would recommend! We visited here 23 September. This was the first time we had stayed in this kind of complex. The rooms are clean and we kept. It is in a very quiet area and easy to travel to Lille town centre 2 stops on the metro. Eurostar station is one stop on the metro.Unfortunately I didn’t read the small print and didn’t realise that you don’t get clean towels you are given one towel each and a shower mat No hand towels and they have to last you for your stay we stayed 3 nights you have to pay extra for clean towels I found it cheaper to buy two towels in the town. So I would advise take some with you on your trip. The breakfast is continental but a good choice to choose from the staff are pleasant.

No AC - bitten by bugs !

I stayed her to visit the antiques fair in Lille - so had to pay €120/night !It was hot but there was no air conditioning and no fan - I had to open the window but I was bitten badly by bugs !Breakfast is €12 which is expensive!No safe and the room was not cleaned daily by the maid !Only good thing was the location close to the tram stop !It’s not a hotel - it is definitely just an small apartment!
