  TERRIBLE for the price -very uncomfortable nights sleep

  Terrible experience for the price . Yes it was the Rugby World Cup but that was over an hour away by public transport and we paid 136 euro. Poky little room with a hostel feel and tiny inadequate pillows which I bolstered with luggage. Awful. But convenient for metro. Stayed in a lot of this chain and this was worse especially at price

  It’s fair to say that Tourcoing isn’t exactly a hotbed of tourism, but it was the departure point for our early morning Ouigo train to Montpellier, so we needed to stay somewhere nearby.This hotel was less than 10 minutes’ walk from the station, and 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre & shopping centre, so fitted the bill perfectly.Sharply priced, and including a decent breakfast, the hotel is quite modern. While our room wasn’t huge, it did the trick for an overnight stay and the staff were helpful when dropping off our bags and checking in.We’d happily stay here again.Dining tip - Basilico & Co in the town centre proved a surprisingly lively choice on a Wednesday evening, with excellent pasta and pizzas and friendly staff.   Stayed in a family room for 3 nights for Paris Roubaix weekend.No problems at all with the stay; the room was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. No shortage of hot water or towels in the bathroom, All the staff we met were polite, friendly and helpful - thank you to all of them.There's no parking at the hotel, but there is inexpensive secure parking just over the road in the St Christophe centre.The tram station is very close, with regular connections straight into Lille, and for Paris Roubaix it's just over 5km to the Velodrome.   The hotel has a basic feel, but it is very clean and everything you need is there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pointing out some nice restaurants we could visit. They also spoke very good English. We staying in a family room, which was spacious with simple decor that was clean and well maintained. The shower was excellent, hot and powerful!Check in process was done. Is a computer, with easy to follow instructions. I would definitely recommend staying here.   OK for an overnight stay

  Clean and simple hotel with an impersonable atmosphere. Reception was fast and efficient - they replace her with automatic check-in after 10 pm. There is no hotel parking but you can pay for underground parking across the road or park 100 meters away in the free public parking. Breakfast was an all-you-can-eat affair for 6 Euros - I could not find tea, just hot chocolate and coffee. The room walls are thin and so you need to count on the civil behaviour of your neighbours. My room was clean and simple. One tip: the room doors are locked with a code. If you leave your room, do not forget your code (or your glasses.) Overall, I slept well here which, I suppose, that is the ultimate purpose of the place.
