    Good base for sleep. Clean and tidy with friendly staff

    This hotel even though the reviews it’s had it isn’t as bad as the reviews tell you. The staff were polite and really friendly and couldn’t be more help full. The rooms yes basic but it was clean and tidy and done just the job for our family to sleep for one night. What we paid for the room it was value for money and the price of breakfast for the 5 of us was good as we had child reductions, Yes continental but we had what we wanted so not a problem. It does need modernising but would be happy to stay again as clean and friendly staff

    Our reservation was cancelled without warning and we were out on the street literally. Refusal to even reimbursement. Kept our money! Almost €300 additional cost. Started compensation proceedings. Worst situation ever and keeps refusing to do anything to this day !!!!!!!!

    We were meant to stay here for two nights to end our holiday but left a day early due to poor cleanliness and health and safety risks with the bathroom. Awful beds, terrible mould issues - looks like the room hasn’t been deep cleaned in months. First noticed the mould on the walls and ceilings when showering and then slipped getting out of the shower/bath. Huge health and safety risk not having any grip mats down! Was willing to look past the cleanliness and went to make a cup of tea. There was massive amounts of limescale floating around so decided against that. Left a day early and even made amendments to ferry crossings to avoid having to stay an extra night in this hotel. Not worth the money.     It’s cheap. That’s it. Room was basic. No air con. Window opened all night next to a motorway was fun. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff couldn’t find me any more towels or pillows and argued there should have been some in the room. Bathroom was dated and getting in and out of the bath/shower was hell. No grab bar and steep edge to slip on.     Never Again

    Stayed whilst on business in the area, never again.The room was very basic with very poor lighting in order to get some light into the room I had to leave the bathroom door open with the light on. When morning came and daylight shone through the window the mould on the ceiling was clearly visible - disgustingBreakfast was very basic and at 9 Euro not worth it.An electrical socket was hanging off the wall in the corridor with the live cable fully exposed.However the worst thing was on arrival in the room I was greeted by a “log” left in the toilet - so just how well had the room been cleaned...... or not?
