  Truly awful 1 star experience - a concrete bunker of a hotel. Hugely overpriced - No bar open at 10pm - filthy room and carpets through hotel - perhaps at 30 euros a night this would be ok but at 220 euros for one night - a total rip off - perhaps akin to student halls of residence or worse.   Recommend apartments have all you need really good value

  Never been to such a hip place usually do traditional and old places so this was new experienceOn an industrial estate and looks like office blocks but done up superblyStaff great , Parking outside , 6 mile drive into Lille center but metro 10 minute walk Apartments have all you need Fridge microwave hob tea coffee facilitiesGreat bar downstairs The bath was amazing !!!   We picked this hotel because we were going to the Champions League between Lille and Chelsea. The location was perfect. We were about 15/20 minutes walk away. We arrived and were upgraded to a studio which had a double bed and single bed in the main bedroom and a double sofa bed in the other room. It also had self catering facilities. The hotel has a very good bar, selling 3 different beers on tap, one being 8.5 % volume! It also had a good selection of spirits. Buffet breakfast is €11 each and was well worth the money. All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially the sweet man who worked in the kitchen providing a wonderful breakfast. So happy and kept everything topped up. All in all a lovely hotel which I would thoroughly recommend, especially if you are going to the Stade Pierre Mauroy for a game or going into Lille City Centre as there is a Metro station (Cite Scienfifique) which is only 15 minutes walk away.

  We when from Uk and check in after driving 6 hour to get there to find out the promo he gave us I wouldn’t even like my enemies to go sleep in that sort of an apartment it’s embarrassing if you’re taking someone with you I have added photos to see the walls were not painted there were cracks on the walls from top to bottom and only give it a one star rating Within two minutes of seeing the room I went to reception again try to get a better room and gave them a chance to sort it out instead he told me there are no rooms available and when you see online it said two available. Aircon was not working It’s one they control reception was not helpful at all we did not stay in the hotel looking at the room you could not stay charged me a cancellation fee which they should not have Knowing the room was in such a bad condition Paid for the full accommodation before arriving from the booking.com had to call booking.com to sort it out when I checked in on the first asked for the city tax Left straight away charge me €160 and no paperwork to follow as check out or anything like that kept my credit card details when paid Booking.com avoid avoid and avoid

  Ideal for a quick break

  Not your typical French budget hotel, as it is a small apartment,with compact kitchen (microwave,fridge,2 ring hobs, plus plates and utensils), separate living space with table, chairs and sofa bed. Bedroom has a very comfy king size bed, plus a single bed so in total you can sleep 5 in the apartment. Both our room and hotel in general was very clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located outside of Villeneuve D'Ascq on an industrial/university campus, so a car is required to get into Lille and beyond. Location is good for access to main roads to get into France and Belgium. The added bonus was a buffet breakfast with pancakes, eggs plus the usual continental breakfast. Excellent value for money. The bar area can get quite loud at night, so when you book you may want to request a "quiet" room, although did not disturb us too much.
