  Great location 2 steps from Flanders train station and 5 minutes from the main square. The room was comfortable with very good bedding, bathroom a little small, the staff is friendly and attentive to the customer. Very good breakfast, croissant bakers, homemade fresh fruit salad, pancake also homemade and local produce.I had a great time, which allowed me to visit Lille and rest on my way back from my training days.Only small downside, a few smells of sewage in the bathroom from time to time.Hotel I recommend Originally submitted in French on www.tripadvisor.fr.   Well placed - the rest is a ...disappointment. Stay there if you have to!

  Hotel is perfectly placed for going out into the middle of the Lille nightlife and the station. Greet has been owned by Accor for two years, but I see no investment in either the staff or the facilities.Very disappointed. Price was high for what you got.ROOMMy room was very calm as faced out the back. but that was the only good thing. Nice big double bed left only a 40cm space to get out to the bathroom and exit. Just manageable as a single,....but you will be truly a couple as a couple!Bathroom shoddy. Room shoddy. Sheets and pillows very clean. Room was cleaned dailyBREAKFASTVery disorganised. Constantly out of items, and equipment breaking down. Bacon and eggs are cold. Ingredients poor quality. Staff friendly but disorganised as was the purchasing/logistics. Hygiene?.....? hmmm? CHECK INNightwatchman Excellent!! Efficient and polite. Check in staff disorganised,....they could not find my or my colleagues bookings at first. The IT system is old.CONCLUSIONOK to stay here at a much cheaper price or if everywhere else is booked,...but way over priced for the offering provided. ACCOR you need to invest in the hotel and train its staff.And I am not surprised as an ACCOR member, that you did not follow up with your automatic Customer Review Request!! haha! I think you already know everyones response!

  Beware dingy rooms and corridors.

  Our room was awful, dirty, dingy but the bathroom was worse, mould all around the bottom of the shower, stained toilet, paint flaking off the wall and skirting board, hardly any shelving for toiletries.Desperately in need of a complete overhaul.Staff were nice and the bed was comfortable which helped no end.However we felt cheated at the inflated price due to the Rugby World Cup being on.

  Great hotel for groups who want to be close to transport & bars/restaurants

  Stayed here when watching the Rugby World Cup with friends. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant which is attached to the hotel was very good and had well stocked bar. Rooms were clean with a small but adequate ensuite. Towels were changed daily. The pillows could have been a little better and the mattress could have been ideally replaced. But overall a great stay. The location was excellent and next door to station to and bars / restaurants. For a group wanting an excellent location then this is ideal.

  Location good, staff doing their best. Room was in annexe with no lift to it even though went to 5 floors. Awful, basic, tatty room costing almost €400 for one night during rugby. Don’t book unless desperate. No AirCon, no tea or coffee. Bathroom stank of bad drains.
