    Great hotel for a couple of nights.

    Great hotel for location and price. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are nice and clean. If you book in advance they do have a car park underneath which is extremely useful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a great lounge and dining area. 100% will definitely book here again.

    I spent 2 nights at this hotel for a spot of shopping in Lille as I have travelled to the town countless times.For the positive points: Reception was very friendly and location of the hotel is perfect, 3 mins walk from station and 2 minute walk to Westfield. Also perfect for links of transport.Bad points: Room was freezing, heater and AC not working, however there is a fan and small heater in cupboard.Only 1 thin duvet (had to sleep in my sweatshirt for extra warmth).Bed was lumpy and felt lopsided, cushions were too narrow and gave me neck ache. Bathroom bin had not been emptied from previous occupant and found a surprise used condom! See photo.Plug was not properly attached to wall and I was too afraid to use it for my hair straighteners.Lastly, breakfast was horrible, for the price they charge I expected more. Nothing was replenished no juice, no more cheese/hams. Was left with croissant/pain au chocolat/stale cereal. Best to skip breakfast if you come here.Would I come back?     Disappointment in Lille

    I rated this hotel a 2 for clean room and hot water. Everything else about our stay here was disappointing. To begin with, we drove into town and after navigating the maze of streets were unable to get near the hotel to offload luggage and more importantly to park the car. The description of the hotel mentioned limited parking. Nowhere did it explain that one must reserve and pay for parking ahead of time. When we arrived, not having been alerted to this requirement, we were told there were no spaces spaces. After a slightly shady maneuver and a heated discussion with the desk we were able to unload luggage. My husband was directed to the city parking facility about 2 blocks away while I waited with the bags. Not an auspicious beginning. The room was tiny and sparse, no amenities. The location is right in the middle of town adjacent to two transportation hubs including the Eurostar. So if one is commuting with little baggage and little intention to stay in town for a while I suppose the situation described would not be a problem.     This hotel is just what we need. It's in the centre of lille, and walking distance to everything .Adrian at reception was very helpful with issues we had. Will definitely stay again.

    This hotel is just 5 minutes from both Lille Europe and Lille Flanders stations, so perfect if travelling by train. It’s also just 10 minutes from the old town. The hotel is budget, but it is very clean and comfortable. No air con when we visited but being installed when we were there. Very very good value for money and would not hesitate to stay there again when in Lille .
