  Booked this hotel for a friend and myself as a stopover on a road trip to Germany, it was super cheap and gave you what you wanted, a place to sleep, wash and go to the toilet. It's not fancy and if you arrive late you may find yourself in a smoking room which is less than desirable if you don't smoke, but the staff are friendly and helpful and the room was clean (or as clean as possible for smoking rooms) and tidy. Perfect for a stopover, less ideal if you're looking for a week long holiday destination.

  This is not a hotel, it's a motel. It's filthy, stinky and the receptionist didn't even speak a word of English. I slept basically inside a plastic bag just to not get any diseases from that room. The shower was clogged and the shower head broken, the bathroom floor was all wet when I walked in the first time. The room stank of mold and there was only one power outlet. The only reason we stayed there was because it was walking distance from the football stadium and everything else was booked. Still, would have been better to sleep in my car. Don't do it! Way too expensive for what 'IT' is.

  My partner and I went to France for the euros we stayed in Paris and Bordeaux and Lille.we booked this accomodation december 2015 and the money was taken by the hotel immediatley even though the booking wasnt till the 15 th June 2016.Unfortunately we read the reviews after booking the "hotel" and couldnt get a refund.when we arrived at the "hotel" we knew from the outside that this was not going to be a nice place!dirt on the walls ,the waste water from the sink came up into the shower tray!the shower head kept falling out of bracket when shower was turned on!there was a hole in the bathroom door!the bedroom was the smallest bedroom I've ever been in!a double room with 2 single beds pushed together.Very warm in the rooms with no ventilation unless you left window open.the morning after our first nights stay at 9 am there was two guys with machines one of which was an industrial blower right outside the window in full swing!we left this accomodation and booked in elsewhere just to get a proper nights sleep and a clean shower!this is not even of hostel standards maybe not even refugee camp standards.I ve taken the time to write this in the hope that no one else stays here and goes through what we did...if you do ....well you were warned....its a kip and they will take full amount straight away....non refundable!!!

  Should be called Hotel No Stars

  If I could say anything nice but I can't! Stayed one night. Had two rooms booked. One for my husband and myself and one for my pension age mother. Check in at reception did not go well. The car park barrier was down and the receptionist could not have been less helpful about it just telling me its normally open. When I went back a second time to ask for help I was told well its simple. (thanks - not). The reception area stank of stale cigarette smoke. Rooms can politely be described as uninspired. Or more accurately as sub one star standard. Stained floor, stained walls. Even the top bed coverlet whilst clean was stained. Curtains hanging off their rail. Furniture was beyond tired - would put it in the last stages of terminal exhaustion.Bathroom was a joy - dirty, broken shower - one door off its hinge. Nasty. And did I mention that in mums room the shower fell on her head twice?! We travel a lot in France and normally use F1 hotels so fully understand budget accommodation. But F1 don't pretend to be anything that they are not and in the main are damn good value for money. But this 'hotel' over promised and under delivered in spectacular fashion. Please, avoid this hotel. Wish we had.

  Worth the money

  This hotel is rather simple but for the price a good stay. I would go there again. I think it is a former Etap hotel. A big shopping mall is quite near. Just a little distance to the highway and also quite near to Lille.
