All staff was friendly and helpfull.We had a family room.Huge parking place in front.Lille it is beautiful, really interesting. Shopping was great!     I normally stay in Campaniles, but this hotel was a lower price than the Campaniles in Lille. In an office park, not a trading estate, there's ample lit parking but no security gate. This was not a problem.If the price is as competitive next time I'll return.     The Kyriad in Lille is good value for money. The breakfast buffet is "above average" considering the pricing.Rooms are rather small; the space is adequate though for getting around the bed(s)Consider visiting the nearby family buffet at the "Crocodile" or the Brasserie "The Office" within walking distance of the hotel.     We frequently stay in Kyriad Hotels due to the excellent Quality and Service. Kyriad Lille Est is the best of the best, a real standout in the Lille area. Convenient , even if you are traveling on and Quiet, the Personnel and Management are Top of the Line. Really enjoyed our stay. You can't ask for more...     Used this hotel chain for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Easy access. Clean room, maybe a little on the small side but there were 3 men, 3 bikes and a weekends worth of kit. Plentiful supply of towels. Staff very helpful - offered to open breakfast early for us. Several close by restaurants for evening meals. Will definitely keep them in mind for next year.
