    Dishonest hotel!!! Such a rip-off, they double charged me and when I caught it, they kept saying the manager is not in to reverse the charges, then I had to leave or I would miss my train. I called and they kept denying that I was double charged and lied to my bank that I wanted two rooms. I was by myself, why would I want two rooms???

    Entrance was smelly, dirty and a few homeless people just lying there. When we entered we were greeted by a polite receptionist. He was very friendly, maybe a bit too over friendly. We booked 2 rooms, which were completely different ends of the hotel. Hallways were dark and unfriendly. Rooms were somewhat clean, but the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Lots of mould. Our room view was a side alley which was dirty and lots of noise. Breakfast room is literally a small cornered off room in reception.The whole place felt very unsafe and inviting. The pictures look lovely but in reality it’s awful.. We didn’t stay we grabbed the children and left for the next ride home!

    Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Staff Behaviour

    I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience on the early morning of the 26th of April. The staff member in the morning shift was shockingly rude. He spoke to us in a raised voice, creating an unnecessarily hostile atmosphere.As we arrived early after a long journey, we were very desperate for a toilet at that time. He gave us the code "123" to access the door which didn’t work. When we asked again, he claimed there was no toilet available. Then we had to rush to the train station to find one.Later, we spoke to another staff member from a different shift who informed us that the correct code was actually "1234" something that all staff are aware of. It became clear that the morning shift staff member had deliberately misled us, which was not only unacceptable but also deeply humiliating.The way we were treated was utterly disgraceful and left a lasting negative impression. It’s disappointing to see paying customers treated with such disrespect.

    ! Location is perfect. Uncomfortable hard beds and terrible pillows. Sheets have plastic under them. Shower water was like mist instead of water. Smelly towels. My husband was mislead by the deceptive photographs. We only booked for one night and could not wait to leave the following morning. Middle of winter no heating just a little heater plugged to the wall. No AC so not a place for summer. It’s was too late to make alternative plans as we checked in quite late. We also felt unsafe. All I can say is what a tacky rat hole.
